Hot and refreshing Junmai Ginjo-shu, 100% Koshinoshizuku

Polishing ratio 58%, ALC 16%.
It comes in a transparent bottle, which can be seen in the picture. It is a slightly amber colored sake.
Room temperature: bought and tasted (^◇^;)
It is a crisp and slightly dry sake with a hint of ginjo aroma.
Cold sake: Taste it after chilling it.
The moment you put it in your mouth, you can feel how dry it is.
Warmed: Taste it with Kansuke Mini Takumi.
40℃ (lukewarm) to 45℃ (top warming): The corners are removed and the sake becomes mellow.
50°C (hot) to 55°C (jumpy warming), I feel the goodness of the ginjo-shu has disappeared.
