Purchased to drink a variety of packaged liquors.
Sake rice is Gohyakumangoku.
The color is clear.
The aroma is weak for a sake with a package tag.
The mouthfeel is super slightly carbonated 🫧 and will be gone in 2 days after opening the bottle 😆.
The taste is round sweetness of peach or melon 🍑. It seems to be a packaged sake 🙂↕️
The mouthfeel is also soft. However, there are some hard parts that give a sense of texture at times. Is this a characteristic of Gohyakumangoku 🤔?
There is a subtle astringency in the aftertaste.

It's amazing how any sake rice can make you think "oh it's like a packaged sake".
The more I drink, the more I want to try different versions of this sake 🍶😊.
