I buy and try various kinds of sake. It's interesting to see how they all have their own unique characteristics in their own way 😆.
Akita Sake Komachi 80
The color is clear.
When you open the bottle, it has a thin sweet aroma. It is becoming a standard packaged sake. 🙂↕️
The taste is sweet with a slight sourness.
The mouthfeel is slightly carbonated🫧.
It goes down the throat nicely and does not feel stuck.
The finish is good due to the acidity, and there is little lingering aftertaste.
The sake has the character of a packaged sake, but with an accentuated individuality 🍶.
If you like sake with a lot of character but haven't tried it yet 🤗.
