Yesterday marked the end of a marathon of on-site event work that had been going on since mid-August 😫. As I was on my way home, I noticed that my wife had called to inform me that she would be home late with the kids, so I called the restaurant to have a quick drink with her over dinner. I called the restaurant to have a drink for dinner! It was a Saturday and a national holiday, so there was no place open 😅. Finally we found a restaurant that had one seat available, but the restaurant was very busy, so we didn't order any food, but just drank beer and sake and waited for the restaurant to open 🍶. Tatenogawa Junmai Daiginjo Seiryu Aroma of a hint of pine muscat, a refreshing sweetness, a sweet and refreshing aftertaste, and a slight bitterness at the end. The deliciously sweet and refreshing mouthfeel is just like a clear stream. A very refreshing drink! Around 8:30, customers started to leave at once and the restaurant had more room to spare, so we ordered the "today's recommended" dish of "Zuke Tuna" 🍴. Ahhh delicious 😁.

Hi Gyve 😃 Thank you for your work 😌It might have been a good kick to have a light drink out after a break, but the stores were full on the far shore 🤔It's great that you can afford to wait for a drink and be concerned about the crowds at the stores ☺️

Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌛. The restaurant has only been in business for a few years now, but they have a great selection of sake and have been pretty booked up lately ✨. They let us into the restaurant while it was busy, so we took our time waiting and considering [today's course] 🤔.

Good evening, Pon-chan 🌛. It's been a long time since I drank "Tatenogawa" before I started Sake no Wa 😊. I was a little hungry, but it didn't take long to think about the food and sake pairings while slowly quenching my thirst 😁.
