Chiebijin特別純米酒 八反錦
ジャイヴ
The parents of a child who was a good friend of my daughter's at the same preschool until March run a bar, and today the whole family went out for dinner 😋.
Well, of course we would drink, and since they are known for their sake lineup, I decided to choose a sake from a prefecture I haven't tasted yet 😁.
Chiebijin Special Junmai Sake Hachitan Nishiki.
I had the last of the bottle left in the bottle, and it was the first time I had the sensation of drinking it 😲.
It has a light, fruity aroma, sourness, a hint of sweetness, and a soft, clean aftertaste 🍶.
Personally, I felt sourness, sweetness and sharpness like a lactobacillus drink.
I was so satisfied that I was about to order a second glass, but my daughter started to get rough, so I went home 🏠.
I couldn't drink enough, so I opened the leftover "Senkou Sakura" and drank with "Ara no Sashimi" and "Dashimaki".
Unlike the last time, I drank it neutrally and felt the sourness, slight sweetness and sharpness, like a falling snowstorm of cherry blossoms 🌸🍃.
It's like the world of 5cm per second😅.
The local cherry blossoms have fallen and become leafy, but I didn't expect our cherry blossoms to have a single flower blooming right now ✿!
You've been waiting for me to empty the "Senkou Sakura" 🌸🍶🌸

Good evening, Mr. Gyve! (≧▽≦)
Chiebijin is delicious, isn't it!
Your daughter is "roughing it" (laughs).
I wonder if she can't keep up with adult conversation anymore?
Potted cherry blossoms🌸 are beautiful, aren't they? I'm so glad you enjoyed it!

Good morning, Gyve 😃.
I know you can't drink that much when you're eating out with your family, but one drink is never enough 😅 I like the Senkou Sakura and the one blooming 🌸 something 😊.
And your garden is huge!

Good morning, Gyve 😃.
I'd love to go to your friend's bar if they have a good selection of drinks 😊.
I've never had a chiebijin and I'm jealous 🤤.

Hi Tomoyuki Kumagai!
It was my first time at "Chiebijin" and it's delicious and different atmosphere from Nabeshima in the same Kyushu 😋.
My daughter was satisfied with what she wanted to eat (grilled nodoguro and salted grilled megishi) so she wanted to go home early😅.

Hi Jay & Nobby ☀☀☀☀☀☀.
It's difficult to settle down and eat out since the kids are still small😅I expected some of the food and prepared only snacks during lunch 😁I come from a former rural farming family and we have a house set up in an unused rice field.

Hi, Mr. Menshu King!
I heard that they are very particular about their sake lineup since they opened their own restaurant from a former izakaya affiliate 🍶It was my first time at Chiebijin and I recommend it because it has a different atmosphere from the northern Japan sake ✨.

Hi, Jive. I'm so glad you opened a bottle of Chiebijin, I know what it's like to drink while trying to quiet your daughter's wild behavior! In fact, I was head-butted on the side while I was drinking too😅.

Hi Hirupeco, good evening 🌛.
Thank you for your comment 😁.
It's hard to drink slowly with kids 😅I often fall asleep after putting them to bed 🍶💤.

Hi Gyve 😃
I'm curious to know what it's like to be a rough and tumble young lady 😁.
It's really tough for those of us in the child-rearing generation.
But nice recovery with a drink back at Senkou Sakura🌸👍.

Good evening, Haruei Chichi🌛.
My daughter is in her earliest stage of earning rave reviews, so her interest turns on and off quite violently 😅I usually prepare a reserve, and it worked out well this time. I'm glad I noticed the change in taste of "Sentori Sakura" from the previous one 😁.
