Chiyotsuru Nigori Nama Sake 720ml
Rice variety Tentakaku
Rice polishing ratio 70%.
Alcohol content 19-20%.
I bought this sake together with Katsuma at Mizuhata-san's first sale on the 3rd. I was sorry to buy only Kachikoma.
I heard that the store had broken sake scattered on the floor due to the earthquake. I am glad I could make it in time for the first sale.
Now about the sake, it seems rather dry than sweet, probably due to its high alcohol content.
I hope Chiyotsuru will do well this year, too.
Wakakoma Sake Brewery <Nanto City Inami> Special Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake
100% Toyama Gohyakumangoku rice
Alcohol content 17%.
Rice polishing ratio 55
Mizuhata-san's hanpukai for September. It is said to be a special hanpukai sake. It has a light, mature taste. It has a simple and mild flavor, nothing fancy, but it is simply delicious.
Grape-like aroma. In the mouth, it has a grape-like fruity and lavender-like atmosphere. The alcohol is high, so it may be a dry sake, but it feels sweet. It has a strong umami flavor. It is crisp and clean. It is delicious.

Gen no Taki Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu Limited Edition - Direct Kumi Nakadori 720ml
Rice used: Gohyakumangoku
Rice polishing ratio 60
Alcohol content 17%.
The second bottle of the April Hanpukai was opened.
This time, the taste is not gentle, but sharp and crisp. I like it, but my wife doesn't like it. In that sense, it is a legitimate taste.
There will be a brewery opening on May 27.
There will be all-you-can-stuff sake lees and limited edition sake, so I hope to participate this year 😄.
