Mizuhata Spring Salmon Festival Paid tasting of Kachikoma "Kachikoma" sake! Total of 7 kinds of sake from Tokugin to Honjikomi, Nama-zake, etc. Fee: 300 yen per cup Drink all: 2,000 yen Yes, I chose to drink all of them without hesitation. I couldn't tell if I was comparing a little bit at a time. The junmai sake is softer, and the higher the price, the clearer and more transparent it becomes. But this kind of thing is fun 🙆.

Good evening, @Mizuhashi! Enjoying the salmon festival 😁✨✨. I'm so jealous of all the Katsikoma drinking contests: ⤴️ If there was such a thing, I wouldn't hesitate to drink them all: 👍️ A drinking comparison of different sake brews sounds fun 😋!

Good morning, ma-ki-😃. I didn't expect to find 2 types of year 1 raw sake in the list: ✌️ The basic line of sake is very consistent and I'm confident that if it's blind, it's probably incorrect 🤔.

Good morning, Maecin 😃. There were many customers both inside and outside of the store, including festival-goers and tourists on this day 😆. It is possible to compare Katsuma at Daigo, but I guess you can't have 7 kinds of Katsuma 😄.

Hi Pon 👋 You're right, it's great 😆. I don't know if I'm poor, but the last ones left were (1), (2) and (3) 😅. Maybe I'll join you for the next tasting 😉.

Good morning to you, Tsubu 😃. I didn't know there were 7 varieties until that day 😆. I have 4 varieties in my stock at home, but I wonder when I will be able to open the bottle 😅.
