This balance is rare for a junmai daiginjo, and I would definitely like to drink it again.

千葉の注目銘柄である寒菊。かなり人気が出てきていると思うので、入手困難になりそうで心配です。今回は超限定で一年に一度醸す無濾過原酒シリーズのtrue whiteを頂きました。
フルーティーな香りがするお酒で、飲んだ感じは白ワインっぽい甘さとほのかな苦さ。でも旨味というか濃さも感じることができ、めちゃくちゃ美味しい。数日経つと、ワインっぽさが更に引き立つ感じがします。
冷酒で飲むのがお勧めではあるものの、ロックも割とお勧めのようです。チーズとかナッツと合いそうです。日本酒入門者にも良いお酒だと思います。

This sake is made in Yamagata Prefecture. It is made from a sake brewing rice called Yuki-no-Kami, which is unique to Yamagata Prefecture. Splendida means "clean" in Italian. It is a Junmai Daiginjo, directly pumped, unfiltered, raw sake, what a wonderful spec. This bottle was recommended to me by the owner of a sake shop.
The aroma is fruity, and when I drank it, it tasted a little sour but not bitter. It tastes like a yellow peach. It is sweet and my favorite type. It may be similar to Kudokide or Isshaku Suisei.
According to the owner, it goes well with white sauce and other strong flavored dishes. It certainly has a strong flavor and is very tasty. I have to be careful not to drink too much.

This is a sake from Saku in Nagano. The owner told me about it at Kuwabara Shoten, which I visited after seeing it on danchu. I decided on this after tasting it.
