ミドサー酒呑童子
I couldn't forget how good it tasted the last time I drank it, so I tried it again.
It has a moderate sweetness, umami, and richness. It has a full-bodied aftertaste with a flavor similar to amazake, but not as strong as the last time. Perhaps the passage of time since its production has slightly changed the quality of the sake.
As it is a cold sake, it is good to drink with grilled salt-crusted swordfish, but it is also enjoyable to savor it on its own.
It is also delicious at room temperature or lukewarm, especially at the same temperature as during the storage period.
