Loud shpon sound when opening the bottle.
Juwajuwa sweetness!
The crisp aroma comes through to the nose.
100% Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture
Polishing ratio 50%.

This sake is made in Yamagata Prefecture. It is made from a sake brewing rice called Yuki-no-Kami, which is unique to Yamagata Prefecture. Splendida means "clean" in Italian. It is a Junmai Daiginjo, directly pumped, unfiltered, raw sake, what a wonderful spec. This bottle was recommended to me by the owner of a sake shop.
The aroma is fruity, and when I drank it, it tasted a little sour but not bitter. It tastes like a yellow peach. It is sweet and my favorite type. It may be similar to Kudokide or Isshaku Suisei.
According to the owner, it goes well with white sauce and other strong flavored dishes. It certainly has a strong flavor and is very tasty. I have to be careful not to drink too much.
Purchased from: Kuwabara Shoten
Good evening, Betsy. Sanzen櫻 is delicious, isn't it? I also drank Junmai Aizan for the first time the other day. Hokkaido has recently released some delicious sake such as Kamikawa Daisetsu and Goho, so please try some of these as well.
Actually, inspired by Shinshin SY's post, I bought it after tracing the liquor store in Dancyu to Kuwabara Shoten. Thank you very much 🤗I think Junmai Aizan is next.
This is a sake from Saku in Nagano. The owner told me about it at Kuwabara Shoten, which I visited after seeing it on danchu. I decided on this after tasting it.
Lovely apple wine sake!
Refreshing apple aroma, sharp on the palate.
The sweetness is moderate, and it is easy to drink, with a fruity aftertaste that lingers in the throat.
The alcohol content is 15%, so it is quite alcoholic.
Shinshu Sake (Japanese Sake from Nagano Prefecture) 100😌
After eating motsu stew at Shinagawa meat market before noon, we went to Gotanda.
I told my family that I was going to have a chicken nabe today
I'll be back in a few days.
I went to Naito Shoten and Kuwabara Shoten, which I saw on Kazuhiko Ota's TV program.
Naito Shoten has the same style as ever. Their one-cup lineup is also great. Their shochu is one of the best in Tokyo.
Kuwabara Shoten is a good liquor store which we visited for the first time today.
The selection is unique and the good design display is excellent.
The old man was very friendly and we had a good conversation with him.
When I told him that I had seen Kazuhiko Ota's program, he let me taste some of the sake that he drank and praised on the air.
I'd like to visit Kuwabara Shoten again as I'll have a chance to buy chicken and miso in Gotanda in the future.
I would like to visit Kuwabara again.
It's not sweet and juicy, but it's a flavorful ginjo with a delicious rice flavor that's great with a heated sake👍.
Shinshu sake is profound😊.
Congratulations on your 100th check-in for Shinshu Sake, Hiratcho 🎉gratulation!
I have the impression that Nagano has a lot of good sake❣️.
From fruity and modern to classics that are perfect for warmed sake, there are so many high quality sakes 😋.
Good morning, T.KISO.
Thank you very much.
Nagano has a lot of good sake.
Basically, most of the sake is sweet and juicy, but there is a wide variety😊.
Aromas of nutty aging. In the mouth, although the aroma of nutty aging is present, the taste and dryness is as if it were natural apple water. The taste is very smooth. It has a lingering sourness. It is delicious.
The aroma is fruity. I can't describe what kind of fruit it is, but the aroma is strong.
In the mouth, the sweetness is suppressed.
I don't know what kind of food it goes well with, but it goes well with the stew we are eating now.
My favorite Eikoh-fuji!
I drank the Akeno Tsubasa first, but not the Shirayo!
Got the last bottle!
It's not as sweet as the Akeno Tsubasa, I guess you could say it's dry?
It's crisp, and I'm drinking it with gusto.
Preference ★3.8
We want to support many up-and-coming blends! I decided on this AGEO while tasting many different kinds at Kuwabara Shoten, where I could feel their passion for supporting many up-and-coming blunts!
It's a delicious combination of koji flavor and tropical juice flavor!
The aftertaste is somewhat unique with a ripe taste like mango or peach.
It's strange because life, crunchy, fish sauce, ripe peaches, and other unique peculiarities are addictive (lol)
Bitter chocolate is a great match. I wanted to pair it with prosciutto!
