I haven't had a drink at my favorite restaurant in a long time 😀.
This is my first Shibotan.
I like the retro label.
Although it is a honjozo, it is carefully crafted as if it were an exhibit sake.
It has an apple-like aroma at first, and the aftertaste is refreshing, while still having the alcoholiness of a honjozo.
It was very delicious, and the careful craftsmanship was evident in the taste.
