Last time was Akisui Yami. This time it's the black fox that came out around the same time. Yaminaru Shisui is Dewa no Sato The black fox is Miyamanishiki. It seems that the acidity is higher in Kurohitsu, but it is not strong, and the acidity enhances the sweetness and the umami. The aftertaste is clear. It is sweet but not lingering, which is very good.
