Oooooh!!!
It's fruity and my favorite flavor.
I've never used that phrase before, but it has a lot of depth.
It was written in a note on my phone.
It was also written in hiragana, "Boryumee".
I am sure he was clapping his hands and impressed, lol.
Sorry for the suddenness.
"The First Annual Cheese Matching Championship!"
It's the winning drink of the day!
It was so delicious that I laughed!
The synergy was amazing.
Pekkar, I'm with you 😃.
Congratulations on your 400 check-in ㊗️㊗️㊗️㊗️ with the sudden winner sake 🏆, Kariho 🎉.
If it's a decision made by a certified brewer, I'm sure it's a good one 🤗I'd love to have it with a nugget or cheese 🧀👍.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby!
The only thing left in my phone's Kariho memo was "Yusho" in hiragana, lol.
The 400 check-in is cheese, isn't it?
I would like to check it again too!
Pekkar, here's another belated congratulations on your 400 check-ins: 🎉🎉🎉🎉
I'm sure the 🎊winner's drink will go great with it 😻I also like cheese, so I'll definitely pair it with it when I find it 😊.
Good evening, Pon!
Thank you!
I've been awakened to cheese by the 400 check-ins!
It's really delicious!
I would like to try it with various drinks in the future!
I have had Quadrifoglio twice.
This is my first time with the real Michan.
I definitely liked Micchan in Slam Dunk.
It's good!
It is firm and dry.
I had this one with chilled tofu!
It's so good! Soy sauce might go well with it.
This sake seems to go well with all kinds of dishes.
That's a cute little bunny!
So you have penguins in the summer, owls in the fall, and polar bears in the winter! Interesting.
Mmmm, refreshing and light.
Very tasty.
I paired it with cheese again.
Nori no tsukudani + cheese + kanbongai =...
What a surprise... vanilla ice cream!
I was surprised!
It was a "pudding and soy sauce with sea urchin" kind of surprise!
Nice to meet you Kuchiman.
It was a sake that I had never had before.
It seemed to have a modern flavor, but it also had a classic feel.
It was a delicious sake with a firm kick.
Once again, I was amazed at how great sake is.
I was surprised at the variety of flavors!
Good evening, Jay & Nobby!
I think I was under the impression that you drank it because of the impact of the name, Romain.
In that sense, I think you have already drunk Etsukaijin as well, lol.
No all-you-can-drink this time.
This is a very reasonable restaurant.
It will be almost all you can drink...(sweat)
Since we are here, we had some spring sake!
I see~ It is gorgeous and fruity.
It also has a hint of sweetness.
Your mouth is declaring the blooming of spring!
The words "Limited Distribution" made my heart dance.
Huh? The last time I tried it, it was also called "Limited Distribution" (lol).
I tried it with cheese.
Delicious!
Cheese may be the star of this evening.
That is a delightful new policy!
This one is amazing too!
Exquisite acidity.
Tastes like white wine.
Drink before you drink!"
I thought that Niimasa is a sake to be had before getting drunk (lol).
It was outstandingly delicious~!
It's "pampa kapaan."
I passed the Level 3 Sake Certificate~!
It arrived last night!
And tonight is the celebration sake.
Thank goodness it was a coincidental party, lol!
I'm at the sake cost brewery again~!
Today is the 26th. On days with a 6 in the name, you can drink Shinmasa.
I had made a reservation for a while.
We started with a toast to Shinmasa.
We started with Ecru for the second time.
Then, it will be a sober ecru.
Ooooooo!
Elegant. And luxurious~!
Very delicious!
Happiness~!
Good morning, Pekka Ru 😃.
Pampakapan📯Wow ‼️ Congratulations on passing the sake test level 3 ㊗️ 🎉!
You are enjoying drinking and studying with a strong liver on top of solid knowledge 🤗.
Hi, ma-ki-!
Thank you very much!
I appreciate your comments since the beginning of Sake-no-wa.
I am grateful to Sake and everyone at Sake-no-wa for helping me pass the test!
Pekkar, congratulations on your belated success 🎉🎊!
That's a great celebration drink because you worked so hard on both your studies and your drinking activities! I'm sure you must be relieved😊Drink without any worries 😆.
Good evening, Pon-chan!
Thank you very much!
I was so nervous about the exam....
I had to review my exam number many times lol.
I will do my best again next time!
The last one was Tobiroki Black Label.
It was hard at first, but as time passed and the temperature rose, I felt the fruity sweetness and flavor that is typical of Tobiroki. 🙆♂️
The sake cost brewery, the sake, of course, but the food was also very good!
I will be back 😆.
The fifth drink was a local sake from Iruma County, Saitama Prefecture.
It was introduced as the sweetest sake in the store.
It was even sweeter than kijoshu, and I wondered if it was really junmai sake.
I thought it seemed to be low in alcohol content, but when I checked it out, it was 8%, which is a very low alcohol content sake.
This is my fourth glass.
This is the second time I've had this year's Jikin, but unlike last year, it's back to its full-blown sweetness that is typical of Jikin. ☺️
It's very good!
The third cup is Jyushiyo Honmaru.
Compared to the second cup of Arabashiri, it has a mellow, sweeter and softer taste. 🙆♂️
I think I like Honmaru better.
It is a luxury to be able to drink this much Jyushidai 🤣.
The second drink was the second Jyushidai.
This time, we started with the Arabashiri.
It is sweet, juicy, and has a sharpness that is characteristic of nama-zake.
As expected, it did not disappoint 🤣.
At the sake cost brewery I visited for the first time.
The first sake was Tamagawa Sake Brewery's Tama Flavor, famous for itsky.
Unlike Itt Key, this one had a slightly sweet aftertaste with a sharp finish 🍶.
It was a nice sake. 🙆♂️
The last one is Nabeshima for the second time.
Looking at my own sakéwa, the last time I drank it I was drinking Summer Moon.
This time it was Honjozo sake.
Oooooooh, it's delicious!
It is a sweet sake. You can also feel the acidity.
It has a good balance!
And you can also taste the rice.
We had a lot of sake this time, too!
The atmosphere of the restaurant is also great.
The next visit will be at the end of March! I made a reservation at the register on my way home - lol!
Icchorai" means "kagara" in the Fukui dialect.
Yesterday, I too was wearing a one-piece outfit. It's my usual Uniqlo white sweatshirt.
It's fruity and delicious.
It was a taste that I could enjoy with sake!
I have a weakness for the term "special order"....
Atago no matsu is Atago no matsu and Hakurakusei no shinzawa brewery!
Interesting!
I thought the special-order product was a very easy-drinking sake that goes well with meals, rather than being gorgeous.
Wow! This is a Kuheiji Daiginjo.
It is said to have a powerful flavor of Omachi, but to me it seemed soft and smart.
Of course, it is a delicious sake.
It goes well with rich green soybean curd and edamame (green soybeans)!
I guess it goes well with salty dishes!
It is brewed by Akishika in Osaka.
From the name, I thought it would taste like a sake, but it was easy to drink.
It was refreshingly dry, and food went well with it.
