The fifth drink was a local sake from Iruma County, Saitama Prefecture.
It was introduced as the sweetest sake in the store.
It was even sweeter than kijoshu, and I wondered if it was really junmai sake.
I thought it seemed to be low in alcohol content, but when I checked it out, it was 8%, which is a very low alcohol content sake.

The first sake was Tamagawa Sake Brewery's Tama Flavor, famous for itsky.
Unlike Itt Key, this one had a slightly sweet aftertaste with a sharp finish 🍶.

The last one is Nabeshima for the second time.
Looking at my own sakéwa, the last time I drank it I was drinking Summer Moon.
This time it was Honjozo sake.

We had a lot of sake this time, too!

It is said to have a powerful flavor of Omachi, but to me it seemed soft and smart.
