ゆーへーAsano Nihon Sake Shop Sannomiya Hakuryu Fair Report 1📝.
I was meeting my friend at Motomachi on this day, but we arrived early so we decided to have a quick drink at Asano's 🍶.
They were having a Hakuryu Fair in Fukui on that day, so we decided to order a set to compare the different types of Hakuryu 🐉.
I was told to start with this one, which was a Junmai Namaisake (Junmai Namaisake).
The first one was a Junmai Namaisake (Junmai Namaisake), which was a sweet sake with a slight bitterness from the rice flavor that quickly passed through 💨.
The balance of sweetness and bitterness is exquisite👍 かつめぐるWe had a three-drink comparison. koge2Niigata Bijyo 15th Anniversary Sake
The label is designed by Ayana Otake. It's a label of his taste, and it seems that fans buy it for the label.
I don't like the stereotype that men = spicy sake ......, but "Niigata Bijyo" is a "women's community that enjoys sake" and the sake is just as spicy as the name says 😄.
The attack is "spicy! The attack is "spicy! The attack is "spicy!" Compared to "Onna-mori", the difference is quite funny. The nose has grapefruit, lime, and a little cemedine. koge2Niigata Bijyo 15th Anniversary Sake
The label is designed by Ayana Otake. It's a label of her taste, and apparently fans buy it for the label.
I don't like the stereotype that women = sweet sake ......, but the sake is just as sweet as the name says 😆.
The attack is "Sweet! The attack is "sweet! The attack is "sweet!" The sweetness is all over the place, but not too strong. koge2The concept was to make a dry sake to go along with the sweet "Murasaki Uchu"! The concept was to make a dry sake in the midst of the sweet "Murasaki Chuo". It's definitely spicy when you compare it to the sweeter "Murasakyuu"! ...... but not so much for a dry sake😅
The top aroma is very spicy with a hint of red pepper.
But it's a dry sake, so it has a nice spiciness to it. It's spicy enough to make a bear burst into flames. koge2100% Yamadanishiki produced in Ishikawa Prefecture is used.
It has a strong top-fragrance, straw-like and nutty.
The attack is an explosion of sweetness. It is not a harsh sweetness, but rather a sweetness that dominates the palate. It is the richest of the three, overflowing with richness and umami. koge2100% Akita Sake Komachi is used.
The rice is very good. It is a little drier than the previous one, but the sweetness is delicious. koge2It is said to mean the universe or the sky, and to express the brewer's wish "from Shiwa to the world".
100% Miyamanishiki produced in Akita Prefecture is used.
Straw and banana on the nose.
The attack is peach pomegranate, but it is not fruity. koge2If a jun-daigin has this much depth, there is nothing else like it! It is so full of richness and umami. The "texture" is amazing. koge2Although it does not have the punch of whole Yamada-Nishiki, it has an intoxicatingly full aroma. The gentle sweetness that fills the mouth. The aftertaste is also quite good. koge2Wow, a pure Daigin. I thought it didn't taste like Yamadanishiki, but it still has the sharpness of Yamadanishiki.
It has a full-bodied spiciness, followed by sweetness, but the sweetness asserts itself after a while. Senkinオーガニック•ナチュールX 2024 sparkling原酒生酒無濾過発泡 ゆーへーI went through it last year and regretted it after reading your review, so I made sure to get it this year, at Asano-san lol.
I personally didn't like Sentori's Organic-Naturals series because I thought they tasted too thin, but the Sparkling was very tasty and had a clean, refreshing aftertaste with a little bitterness ✨.
It smells like melon at first, with a citrusy bitterness in the aftertaste.
It's only released once a year, but I think it could be a standard 👍.
720 mL ¥ 2,500 ジェイ&ノビィHi Yoohee 😃
You are posting at a great pace, and I'm 💦 following ⁉️ sweating my hands to see if Yoohee can get into June before August starts 😆.
Sentori Spark🧨 is a definite one 🤗. ゆーへーJay & Nobby Good evening ⭐︎
I'm embarrassed to say that the bill for slacking off has been piling up, but I finally finished posting for May yesterday✨.
Thanks for all the support 🙌
Yay I see why you are so popular 💡. boukenAfter buying Chuai, Yoohee-san and I went to Asano Sake Shop.
I tasted the sake with the intention of buying Towashi spring sake, but it didn't feel right, so I bought this one.
Refreshingly sweet and shwashy. A little dry. I might prefer Hachitan or Yuyamanishiki, which are sweeter and more robust. I'm also interested in Yamadanishiki. ポンちゃんHello bouken 🐦.
I was surprised because when I drank it last year, I thought it would have a darker flavor because it was Omachi 😅I would like to try the sake rice you wrote about 😊. boukenGood evening, Pon-chan 😃
I guess they are trying to make it clear with spring in mind 🤔The liquor store said that Shinomine is a brewery that makes good use of Yuyamanishiki, so I recommend Yuyamanishiki👍. boukenYoohee and I got off at Motomachi and went to a liquor store in the mountains to look around, then went to Asano-san.
I was curious about Towashi's spring sake, so I tasted it with the intention of buying it.
It was like the muscat flavor of Towashi with an added banana-ness.
It seems they use a yeast that produces an isoamyl type aroma unlike the previous ones.
It's delicious, and I was torn, but I don't see a big difference between it and the previous Juuishi, so I bought a different sake.
I didn't expect to see you again the week after the offline meeting, but we had a lot of fun in a short time 😊. boukenGood morning Rafa 😃
Me too, but you secretly exchanged drinks offline 😁 I don't think they are exactly the same since the yeast is different, but I don't think I noticed any drastic difference 🤔. boukenMaybe some of it was hard to tell because the tasting was so small 😅. Kagura浅野日本酒店KYOTO移転一周年記念酒純米大吟醸生酒無濾過 ゆーへーSuper slightly carbonated, pineapple aroma is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo easy to drink 🍍.
Easy to drink with no bitterness whatsoever✨
I went to the Asano Sake Shop in April with other members of the Sake-no-wa Kansai group to celebrate the first anniversary of the relocation of the Kyoto branch of the Asano Sake Shop.
The illustration has a Showa-era feel to it instead of the usual mysterious label 💡.
I tasted it before buying it because it was expensive, but I decided immediately that I liked it very much because it was not too sweet and had a strong pineapple aroma👍.
Now that I think about it, I should have bought the regular one and compared them.
