After buying Chuai, Yoohee-san and I went to Asano Sake Shop. I tasted the sake with the intention of buying Towashi spring sake, but it didn't feel right, so I bought this one. Refreshingly sweet and shwashy. A little dry. I might prefer Hachitan or Yuyamanishiki, which are sweeter and more robust. I'm also interested in Yamadanishiki.

Hello bouken 🐦. I was surprised because when I drank it last year, I thought it would have a darker flavor because it was Omachi 😅I would like to try the sake rice you wrote about 😊.

Good evening, Pon-chan 😃 I guess they are trying to make it clear with spring in mind 🤔The liquor store said that Shinomine is a brewery that makes good use of Yuyamanishiki, so I recommend Yuyamanishiki👍.

Yoohee and I got off at Motomachi and went to a liquor store in the mountains to look around, then went to Asano-san. I was curious about Towashi's spring sake, so I tasted it with the intention of buying it. It was like the muscat flavor of Towashi with an added banana-ness. It seems they use a yeast that produces an isoamyl type aroma unlike the previous ones. It's delicious, and I was torn, but I don't see a big difference between it and the previous Juuishi, so I bought a different sake. I didn't expect to see you again the week after the offline meeting, but we had a lot of fun in a short time 😊.

Good morning Rafa 😃 Me too, but you secretly exchanged drinks offline 😁 I don't think they are exactly the same since the yeast is different, but I don't think I noticed any drastic difference 🤔.

Super slightly carbonated, pineapple aroma is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo easy to drink 🍍. Easy to drink with no bitterness whatsoever✨ I went to the Asano Sake Shop in April with other members of the Sake-no-wa Kansai group to celebrate the first anniversary of the relocation of the Kyoto branch of the Asano Sake Shop. The illustration has a Showa-era feel to it instead of the usual mysterious label 💡. I tasted it before buying it because it was expensive, but I decided immediately that I liked it very much because it was not too sweet and had a strong pineapple aroma👍. Now that I think about it, I should have bought the regular one and compared them. 720 mL ¥ 2,660

Asano Sake Shop Sannomiya Banshu Ikken Fair Report 3📝. Last, the austere label Sennen no Wisteria🟣. The difference from Kaede seems to be water, but this is also Hyogo Yume Nishiki. It flows smoothly with a soft sweetness. Personally, I found the Junmai to be the most delicious, with a strong umami (flavor).

Asano Sake Shop Sannomiya Banshu Ikkyo Fair Report 2📝. Well, the second bottle is not so common, Kaede no Shizuku🍁. This product is said to be made with running water from Akanishi Valley in Haga Town. This bottle is made with Yume-Nishiki from Shiso, and is made with local ingredients. After the sweetness spreads a little, you will feel a tangy alcohol taste, and then the bitter taste will start to fade away. The impression is more refreshing than Junmai. I think it is a perfect bottle for fish dishes.

Pon-chan, it was a belated Merry Christmas🎄. I see it was only in Sannomiya: ❗️ I've never seen this label before and I'm glad I got to compare the drinks 💡. I think it's actually hard to tell the difference if you drink it by itself 💧.

Asano Sake Shop Sannomiya Banshu Ikken Fair Report 1📝. Banshu Ikkyo is a sake that I sometimes buy but have never had a chance to compare it thoroughly. The first glass started with a basic junmai sake 🍶. The label is sparkling and looks expensive ✨. After the umami, there is a slight tangy alcohol taste and it flows lightly. No bitterness, no peculiar taste, so it will be gone as soon as you drink it with food 💧.

Asano Sake Shop Sannomiya Yukihikoyama Fair Report 3📝. For the third cup, we decided to have a test brewed sake called Tsubozaka Trial. It is now in its fifth year and this year they are releasing it as a Kijo sake. It has a thick and sweet taste, but when pulled back, it has a strong bitterness and a nutty aroma. It is not as sweet as one might expect, and the bitterness can be felt later, making it a perfect match for meat dishes 🍖.

Asano Sake Shop Sannomiya Yukihikoyama Fair Report 2📝. The second glass was a classic label hiyayoroshi 🍁. It is a little thick and sweet, with a strong bitter aftertaste like group fruit that lingers on the tongue. Seems to go well with dishes with a slightly stronger flavor. On the other hand, it would not go well with sashimi and the like 💧.

Asano Sake Shop Sannomiya Yukihikoyama Fair Report 1📝. It seems that September was a month of drinking out more than drinking in💡. Next is a review of my usual visit to Asano's to compare and contrast the Yukihikoyama. I chose Nadeshiko yeast sake because bouken-san drank it before and reviewed it as delicious 🍶. The sweet aroma comes through the nose, and then recedes with a touch of bitterness. The sweetness is not unpleasant, and I can gently feel the sweetness derived from nadeshiko (⁉️). Even if you don't like normal sake, you may want to give this one a try 💡.

Kobe Landing🚄 When I came to Kobe, I wanted to eat "Bokkake", so I went to Nagata Honjoken. It used to be in the Aeon in Kumamoto 😢. Bokkake Omusoba and 🍺 dinner 😋. Still delicious 🥰. After dinner, we went to Asano Sake Shop in Sannomiya. I came here to pick out some Hyogo sake to drink at the hotel, but I found Takacho in the standing drinking corner 😍. It's a Nara sake, but I guess it's OK to call it Kansai 😁. I only had one glass. It's a very rich and sweet sake 🥰. Unfortunately I couldn't afford this one so I bought another sake.

It has a little bit of sweetness in the schwartz, but it is fast. It feels quite dry. Yamadanishiki and Aizan comparison of sake that shoots up fireworks. After all this time, I still think that the more polished Yamada-Nishiki is, the drier it feels. I enjoyed it with sashimi👍. 720 mL ¥ 1,980

Very slightly carbonated, pineapple sweetness and a slight bitterness that pulls away 🍍. On the second day, the schwizziness was gone and the sweetness became stronger. Finally the review is in August and summer is in full swing lol. I bought a bottle on October 1 and toasted it all together, but I opened it as soon as I could because it was summer👍. (I also opened a bottle of Yamadanishiki released right after that) The sparkling fireworks on the label are so beautiful and impressive ✨. After comparing the two, I personally preferred the Aizan, which was sweeter and more umami 💡. 720 mL ¥ 1,980

It's a little late to start, but I will report on the Asano Sake Shop Sannomiya Takachiyo Fair 📝. This time I used 3 free 45 mL coupons I had saved up to compare the different Takachiyos 💡. I always tend to hold off on using them and they accumulate quickly 💧. The first drink was the Purple Label 🟣. I would say it smells more grapefruit than grape, with a hint of oli and a bit of bitterness, but that's my impression.

A clean pineapple🍍 and peach🍑 aroma spreads and pulls away with a bitter taste. The official description said green apple🍏 and pear🍐. On the second day, the sweetness increases and the bitterness softens. When I mixed the cage, it became cloudy and sweeter. ⤴︎ I secretly got the raw sake early on, but it's too late to drink + review, so I'm just now getting around to it, It looks like it hasn't been a year since they launched this brand, but the branding image was very careful from the start, and I thought this was the only element that would sell: ❗️ 720 mL ¥ 1,950

It is ultra slightly carbonated and flows with a slight grapefruit-like bitterness. We were given this wine because it was released in the spring and was kept for this fair. It is less sweet than Omachi, but easier to drink and more elegant 💡. The background of the label is kawaii, like wrapping paper from a long time ago✨.
