On the way back from Kyushu bullet tour, we went to Sannomiya 😀 Initially, we were going to have a morning drink at our usual "morning drink Raku Sake" at 8:30am, but the ferry was unexpectedly delayed by 2 hours 😂 According to our tour guide, this is the second time in 10+ years...
We went to Asano's after going through a standing drinking place without sake that opens at 10:00am 😀.
I couldn't imagine how spicy Kouji was, but the waitress said it wasn't very spicy, but it was easy to drink with a nice sweetness, which I like these days, and I thought it was the most delicious sake 😁.
I was also able to get the sake go-around badge, which was the purpose of my visit 🥳.

After tasting the sake, I bought Sogen's hiyaoroshi Ishikawa-mon (hiya-oshi sake)! After comparing it with Sogen's Miyamanishiki, I decided to go with Ishikawa-mon because it was more robust.
Ishikawa-mon is Ishikawa Prefecture's original rice for sake brewing! It is said to have a large heart white.
Thinking back, this is the first sake from Ishikawa Prefecture.
The aroma is not fruity, but it is very typical of Japanese sake.
The taste is mellow, with pleasant acidity and bitterness. And the flavor of rice is impressive!
The alcohol content is also a punchy 18 degrees ❗️
It may not be to everyone's taste, but it's a great sake ✨.
I could feel the strength of the recovery from the earthquake ✨.

The yeast is activated by Onkyo's "Music Vibration Technology" (......). When I think of music-activated sake, I immediately think of Homei, but I don't think it has the "mellowness" of that one.

We recently opened a bottle of Takashima Yumachi, which we purchased along with the W Yamadanishiki we received!
First of all, the label design is camouflaged and cool!
The aroma is gentle but gorgeous and fruity.
It is enchanting.
While the flavor and mild acidity of the Omachi grapes are still present, it is the fruity muscat-like flavor of the W that comes to the fore.
The aftertaste is also refreshing. However, the lingering aroma in the nose is soothing.
The balance is wonderful!
W is a great sake for both the uninitiated and the expert ✨.
