Timeline
ぺっかーるI learned about this drink around last fall.
It is a summer night sky over the past year.
It's my favorite Alfa 1 - my favorite.
It has 11% alcohol content, which is lower than the Door to the Next Chapter.
The label is printed with the constellation Scorpius shining in midsummer.
Yes, I am Scorpius. I'm kind of happy lol.
The fragrance smells slightly of cemedine.
I find myself seeking this scent.
There is no fizziness. It is mild and smooth. It tastes like a sweet white wine.
I think I can also feel some lactic acidity.
It is delicious!
It is 500ml so you can drink it right away.
However, I'm starting to miss the shuwa shuwa Kaze no Mori a little~~.
I went back and read the past reviews.
Next time, after a long time, I would like to choose Roha Kaze 507!
yoyoyoFinally, I was able to drink Sentori Classic!
When poured into a glass, it is lightly cloudy and has a gentle aroma ✨.
And a gentle aroma ✨.
When you put it in your mouth, you can't believe it's called "Classic" because it's so light.
The synergy between the lightness of the 13% alcohol content and the refreshing fruity lychee-like flavor.
The acidity is not too assertive and the overall balance is excellent ✨This sake is unlike any other sake I have ever had made using the traditional sake brewing method.
Delicious! I can drink this as much as I want. ジェイ&ノビィHi yoyoyo😃
Congratulations on finally getting the Sentori Classic ㊗️ 🎉Yes, it's a delicious one that you can drink as much as you want! It's a delicious one that you can drink as much as you want 🤗And then there's the modern one: ‼️ yoyoyoThank you, Jay & Nobby! The lactic acidity of the nama yeast is mild, but it's just so easy to drink and soaks into the body so quickly! I'm looking forward to the modern too! まぁーMaa - Sannomiya lunchtime drinking (5) (forgot to post)

The waiter recommended 3 dry sake. まぁーSannomiya Lunchtime Drinking (3) (Forgot to post)
We compared three kinds of dry sake recommended by the waiter. yoyoyoI bought a bottle of Koshi, which I had been curious about but had never had a chance to drink!
It was a hot day and I was also attracted to the name "Summer Nama" ✨.
The aroma is very fruity and ginjo ✨.
Muscat-like aroma and taste spreading in the mouth along with a bouncy gassy sensation.
Refreshing and suitable for a summer sake!
The lingering taste is also refreshing and cool, accented by a slight bitterness ✨.
From the aroma before drinking to the lingering aftertaste, it is consistently clear and transparent ✨.
If I were to use an analogy, it's like the pleasant sound and aftertaste of wind chimes✨.
I must try not to drink too much. ジェイ&ノビィGood evening, yoyoyo😃.
Congratulations on your first drink at ㊗️ which I was wondering about 🎉.
I would love to drink this 😙. yoyoyoJay & Nobby Not only does it taste great, but the crystal clear appearance is cool and transparent like a wind chime! Highly recommended✨ ぺっかーるI am impressed by many things!
I don't even know where to begin...
Yes - it is outrageously delicious!
This is my favorite flavor~!
I had it at a tavern a year ago and could not understand the difference between active nigori and regular special junmai.
I was nodding my head and thinking to myself, "white malted rice, lees, active nigori, I see what you mean.
On the label, there is a warning to be careful when opening the bottle.
I opened and closed the bottle several times for the first time.
"Oh, it's coming up! It was a very enjoyable experience that lasted about five minutes.
There was a QR code on the label explaining how to open the bottle. How polite of them!
We chilled it well and drank it.
Yummmm~~!
The shuwashu is too much.
It has a sweet and sour taste, but it is overwhelmingly shwashy in the mouth.
Refreshing and light! It's the best!
Is it a squall-like flavor of love~!
In no time at all, it's my second cup. I'll end here for today!
*Even after 2 days, it was outstanding! ジェイ&ノビィGood evening, Mr. Pekka Ru😃.
I wrote "active nigori" and read "absolutely delicious" ‼️
It's a great quote by Wakata 😄and white koji! We definitely like it 😍I'm impressed🥹I want to taste it! ぺっかーるGood morning, Jay & Nobby!
Haha! I'm going to read 'absolutely delicious' from now on too, lol.
I'm looking forward to the second day today! N.EHi Pekkaal 😆
When you commented the other day, I heard you were going to go after GW, so you did what you said: 👍️
And your comment 💓 was super impressive, too much deliciousness 🤣👌.
It's really surprisingly good 🙌! ぺっかーるHello, N.E!
I thought the expression of the active nigori foam in Hikomaro-san's style was "my mouth is like a big bunny" lol!
I am also looking forward to Senzuke on the second day! yoyoyoI enjoyed Hanaboe's mizu-hashi the other day, so I decided to repeat Hanaboe's recipe, this time with yamahai!
Aroma with a delicious sourness ✨
And when I drank it, I found that it had a rich acidity derived from natural lactic acid bacteria, though not as much as the mizu-hashiro!
And yet it has a clear and refreshing impression ✨.
It's delicious!
Hanaboe's sake is addictive! ぺっかーるThis is my favorite Alpha 1.
It has been in the fridge for a very long time....
It is quite a miscalculation. Finally, I'm going to eat it!
Delicious!
The fizziness was not so great.
Kaze no Mori raises the bar even before you drink it...(sweat)
The first time I drank it, the shock was too much.
I can't help but compare it to that.
However, it is still delicious!
It has a fruity flavor. It is easy to drink! 焼きりんごThe aroma is mellow and the taste is fruity and sweet.
Sake that would be great if it had a slightly stronger taste Tate! yoyoyoWe bought it at Asano Sake Shop.
The brewer came to talk to us and we chose mizu-hashiroshi!
The brewery's approach of "making sake that opens up the acidity" really hit home with me, as I'm a sucker for acidity✨.
When I opened the bottle, the aroma alone was enough to kill me!
When I drank it, I found that it has an elegant acidity just like yogurt, but it's not sour, but it's so good with flavor and depth!
I would drink it forever.
This is the aesthetics of sourness ✨.
Great sake. Thank you very much. ジェイ&ノビィHi yoyoyo 😃
Aesthetics of acidity! I like it 🤗
I haven't had Hanaboe for 3 years 😅 I'd like to try it this year 😋. yoyoyoGood evening, Jay & Nobby!
It had a beautiful acidity that was almost addictive!
By all means, please drink Hanaboe for the first time in 3 years!
yoyoyoThe other day, I was missing the acidity of the sake made from the sake called "Edogari Retro" by Senkou, and when I went to buy their Edogari Modern, they were out of it.
I went looking for a sake with a traditional sake yeast yeast yeast, and came across Dai-Shichi's "Namahashiroshi". When I tasted it, I found its acidity and umami irresistible!
I bought it without hesitation.
When I opened the bottle, it was not nearly as fruity, but had a good balance of umami, acidity, and richness✨.
And as the temperature rose, the acidity became more and more clearly defined, making it more and more to my liking!
I look forward to seeing how it changes over time!
The brewery's website clearly shows their passion for sake brewing and their commitment to the raw yeast production, and I felt that even the story was top-notch ✨.
I will continue to support this brewery!
Very good sake! I highly recommend it! ジェイ&ノビィHi yoyoyo😃
I'm sorry to hear about Senkou 😢I'm sure the liquor stores in Tochigi are never out of stock 😔But you got a good one instead: ‼️I've never had Daishichi, but 🥲I suddenly want to drink it 🤗. yoyoyoGood morning, Jay & Nobby! I am so envious that liquor stores in Tochigi never run out of stock 😆 With all due respect, Daishichi was a no-name for me, so I was surprised when I tasted it! I was surprised when I tasted it! boukenYoohee-san and Yatagarasu⑤.
I wanted to drink something different, so I chose this one!
Aged sake in cask with raw sake is not so good 😁.
16% Sake degree +6, Polishing ratio 60%, Association 701 yeast
Yoshino cedar? The wood aroma is amazing!
It smells like wood from a home improvement store 😅.
No sense of maturity. Maybe the wood aroma drowns it out?
This was 1280 yen for 90ml, so I would have been better off drinking a regular CLASSIC set 💦.
I've had Yatagarasu in the past, and some of them were off-flavored and subtle, but this time they were all delicious 😋.
After this, Yoohee and I stopped by a liquor store in Rokko-michi and went home. boukenYoohee-san and Yatagarasu④
We drank a little of Bodhi yeast which Mr. Yoohee asked for!
15% Sake degree -10% Polishing ratio 70%.
Not too strong and easy to drink!
Yuhaesan was surprised that it wasn't too strong 🤣.
It's not too sweet for the sake's alcohol content, which is typical of Bodaihashi sake.
The label is different from the Bodai Hashiroshi we had at Shorekji, but I wonder if it's a renewal or a different product 🤔.
I think the one I had at Shorekji was sweeter. boukenYoohee-san and Yatagarasu (3)
PURPLE, a new product in the CORE series
The new product was unveiled at the Yatagarasu Fair before it goes on sale.
So, only the back label is available.
Made with Yoshino's Nanaro, 60% rice polishing ratio, 15% alcohol.
Other specs are unknown (maybe it was written in the store?).
Sake made with Nara's new sake brewing rice, Nanaro.
It is the only one of the three types of sake that has just been pressed.
It was said to be dry, but it was indeed dry!
It is spicier than the other two, and has a clean and sharp taste.
Maybe because it's freshly pressed, it feels much lighter than the other two, even though it's a freshly pressed sake.
I wanted to ask Mr. Natsume many questions, but he was explaining to the Yatagarasu drinkers one after another 💦. boukenYoohee-san and Yatagarasu (2)
Following RED, let's take a look at BLUE, which was posted by Kotori the other day.
Yoshino Gin-no-sato Polishing ratio 60%, Sake degree 0, Yeast No.7
Slightly sweet, bitter, and complex.
It tastes a little sweet, bitter and complex, which is the opposite of RED.
I think Hirupeko would like BLUE better 🤔.
According to Touji Natsume, RED and BLUE are sakes that were stored at low temperature in the brewery.
He said the new sake will be available around July.
boukenYoohee-san and Yatagarasu (1)
I posted a picture of a sake I found on my way out to a LINE group, and Yoohee-san replied, "Where are you now? Yoohee-san replied, "Where are you?
We went to Asano Sake Shop in Sannomiya, where the Yatagarasu Fair was being held.
I was originally going to buy the CORE series but decided to drink it inside 😁.
Since we were there, we ordered the CORE series set!
The sake lees cream cheese cassoulet that came with the set was really good 😋.
I was curious about the RED that Hirupeko-san was drinking!
The sake-like label was designed by Toji Natsume himself!
Yoshino Yamadanishiki 15%, Sake degree -5, Polishing ratio 60%, Ogawa yeast
Finally got to drink it 😆.
It's gorgeous, a little refreshing and fruity.
I thought it would taste heavier, but it is beautiful and easy to drink.
Mr. Toji Natsume, who was visiting the store, told us how hard it is to grow rice in Yoshino!
He said it is especially hard to grow Yamada-Nishiki because of its long ear length! ひるぺこbouken-san, good morning ☀I was enviously watching Yatagarasu's visit to Sannomiya store. I would have loved to hear about Natsume Toji's story, and I would have loved to hear how it compares to brother bouken's blue 😊. ことりHi bouken!
It's great to hear various stories from the toji at the event... The label was so cool that I cut it out from 🐦⬛ and put it on my helmet for my own use 🤭oh, what? There is a PURPLE sake bottle on the far right 😳 boukenHello Miss Peco ☀☀☀☀!
Mr. Natsume explained everything about the brewery and the CORE series to us 😊.
The BLUE was also delicious, different type from the RED 😋. boukenHello, Kotori-san.
It was very crowded, partly because Mr. Touji was here💦.
The design looks like it would fit if you put it on your helmet. 🏍️ I wonder if it would be safe in the rain or something?
PURPLE you noticed 😁. ぺっかーるThis is the second Kaze no Mori Nanarou.
This time, I bought a bottle. I would like to enjoy it carefully.
The bottle was opened with a nice "shupon" sound.
The aroma is not so strong. There is no Bond aroma.
Pouring it into the glass, you can see the fine acidity.
However, it is not so "shwashy" in the mouth. Still, the balance between acidity and sweetness is amazing!
The flavor is probably apple and melon. It does not seem to be complex.
It is a very tasty new face~~!
I'm about to drink half of it, now.
I always think, "The temperature of the refrigerator at home is too high..." If it were cooler, it would be even better and more delicious.
I think it would taste even better if it were cooled down more.
New rice for sake brewing "Nanadoro" for Nara sake
We welcome it with open arms!
We look forward to a long relationship with you in the future! ゆーへーThe aroma is like fresh lemon or peach, and at the same time, the taste is sour with a little bitterness.
I had Kabutomushi last year, so this year I bought Stag ✨.
This one is more lemony and I personally prefer it, but the price 💧.
720 mL ¥ 3,280 ジェイ&ノビィGood morning, Yoohee 😃.
It's going to be another Kabutomushi season this year 😌It's true that stag beetles are pricey... but this year it's Kabutomushi's turn 🤗.
Post at your own pace😊Good luck 👋 ゆーへーGood morning, Jay & Nobby. ☀︎
Indeed, it will be that season in another month💦.
I'd like to go after the rhinoceros beetle for a long time 💡.
I'm hoping to make it to about October with this holiday 📝. yoyoyoWe are back to our favorite, Kaze no Mori.
I opened a colander of Dew leaves wind 807.
The gasiness that is typical of Kaze no Mori is irresistible.
The fruity taste, which is hard to believe with 80% polished rice, and the complex taste of rice mixed with umami, acidity, and bitterness, are wonderful and very three-dimensional.
The alcohol content of 16% enhances this sake's character.
The fruity flavor is a result of the colander harvesting process.
It is too good. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
