Junmai Ginjo-shu made from 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture.
The cloudy white color is due to the fact that it is an ogara-mi.
The citrusy aroma, reminiscent of mandarin oranges, is refreshing and nice.
Silky on the palate.
Fresh and juicy with a slightly strong alcohol taste, as is typical of the pure sake, giving the impression of a dry taste.
The aftertaste is slightly acidic with a pear-like flavor.
