Hanaboe is one of my favorite breweries, but I have never had a sake from them because I have always been interested in their mizuhashi and yamahai styles. Moreover, the light nigori draft jumped out at me, so I bought it.
It is not fruity, but has a mild and refreshing acidity!
However, even the fast brew has Hanaboe's typical umami flavor, and the high alcohol setting of 17 degrees is also a key point that makes it punchy.
This is what I expect from Hanaboe ✨.
