Matsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix (11) Tsuchida, where I got the impression that there are many unique sakes. There were many kinds of sake, but I chose one I'd never tried before and drank it. I drank the following Tsuchida, nama yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast Alcohol 14%, Sake strength 0-3%, Rice polishing 60%, Rice is Asahi no Yume Polishing ratio 60%, rice is Asahi no Yume Sweet and sour and delicious. Tsuchida 99 13% alcohol, -48% sake by volume Polishing ratio 70%, rice is Asahi no Yume I like it because it tastes like Kamikai Koji Masamashii. The brewer said that our sake should be served at room temperature. Some of them are good, but I don't buy them because I have an image that they are peculiar... but they are also quite expensive 🤔.

Matsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix 10 Rokuhan and Fukuchi Sanman Nisengoku, which I have tried several times and have never been able to get into. I drank Newly fragrant special junmai Fukuchiyama Yamadanishiki, 55% polished rice It's too light and refreshing... well... normal... I think this one is probably fire-aged 🤔. Esuefu Junmai Ginjo The same Yamadanishiki from Fukuchiyama as the first sake and the same rice polishing ratio, but the yeast is Kyoto yeast, Kyo-no-Koi, with a Sake meter rating of +5! Sake made with this yeast has an impressive acidity. Is it a multi-acid yeast? As it says "malic acid", it is juicy, sweet and delicious! It tasted like something I would be willing to buy 😋.

Matsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix ⑨ Takejaku, which I had not drunk before because of its dry image I drank Yamahai Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu Omachi 50 Sake degree +4 It has a good balance of umami and acidity. In a good way, a little different from the taste image I had for Takejaku. I don't get many hits on Omachi 50 when I search for it, but I guess they don't sell it very often? Noami Rice: Junmai No-filtered raw sake with a fresh yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast. Noami rice means rice produced by Mr. Noami, Yamada Nishiki. Sake meter reading +6, no yeast added. It has a strong sake taste and is very spicy. A little caramelized. I thought it had a wild taste, but when I looked it up later, I found that there was no yeast added. Yes, it was as dry as I imagined it would be, but I might want to try the Omachi 50.

Matsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix 8 It's been a long time since I had a chance to drink this sake, as it's not sold very often. I drank White Koji Junmai Namaishu I had a fire-aged version in the past and was impressed with it. This is the sake that Nemuchi-san posted about drinking at home the other day! Rice is Oita Mitsui Moderately sweet and sour. In a past post, he wrote that it was like wine yeast, but I guess he felt that way because of the strong acidity. Easy to drink with low alcohol content. I prefer nama-zake to hi-ire. Orikarami Nama Sake I've had it at home in the past. The rice is Gin-no-sato. The impression of the past is still the same, bursting with the flavor of rice. On the scale of sweetness and spiciness, it is sweet, but the taste is quite dry.

Matsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix (7) Matsu-no Kotobuki, a sake we see but don't drink often I drank Junmai Ginjo Omachi Unfiltered Nama Sake Juicy and umami. I drank Yumesasara after this event, but I definitely prefer the Omachi! It's gassy and not very sweet, but it's delicious! Sake and notes that are typical of Omachi... What's that? I think this is what Nemuchi-san was talking about when he said it was an Omachi-like sake 🤔. HADE MATSUKOTO Junmai Ginjo *Our comparison I've never had this one before, though I've seen the label often. It is said to be made with aromatic yeast. Rice is Gohyakumangoku. It is indeed gorgeous. It is refreshing and tasty, but I wish it had a little more umami.

Good morning, bouken 😃. Matsunotsu no Kotobuki! We also HADE a bottle about 2 years ago 😅It's been a while since we had a bottle of Hitogokochi Matsunokoto in the fridge 🤗I'd love to try a bottle that is more like Omachi 😋.

Hi bouken😊 I'm drinking a HADE MATSUKOTO right now too ❗️ Is the omachi good 🥹. I didn't have a choice because it wasn't on sale, Omachi's is so good 😭

Hi Jay & Nobby 😃 Tochigi sake has so many delicious sake brands that I get lost in them and end up putting them off 😁. I wasn't really aware of it, but the Matsunotsuki made me realize how much I like Omachi 😊.

Matsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix6 There are stores that sell this sake, but they don't always have it on hand, or they only have one bottle in stock, so there are few opportunities to drink it. We drank the following Junmai Ginjo Omachi, brewed with Tsuburabara yeast Sake strength +2 This is a fire-brewed version of a sake I've had my eye on for a while, but the sweetness and bitterness seem to be at odds with each other. Take-no-i Junmai Ginjo Sakura Yeast Brewing Sake made with Sakura yeast. Sake meter rating +3 I got the impression that the bitterness was strong and the acidity was also strong. I thought they were all fruity and dry, just like the description from the liquor store.

Matsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix (5) Machida Sake Brewery, which I personally drink a lot. I chose Omachi for sure! It was just as fruity, gassy, and delicious as my previous impression! Was this what Nemuchi-san was talking about when he said it was an Omachi-like sake? I didn't write about it in the previous post because of the number of words, but at the sake booth in Hawaii, I ran into the owner and manager of the sake bar that Nemuchi and I visited last year after the Japanese Sake Festival. I had only been there once, but they remembered me 😳. I guess it had a strong impact on him😅.

Good evening, bouken 😃 Machida-san is sure 🤗Speaking of Omachi 🤔tomo-san and honda-san said Omachi is good Nanamizu 🤔I bought some 👍! I bought some 👍. So you had a strong impression of two-top 😆.

Jay & Nobby, good evening 😃. It's safe to say that Machida tastes the same direction in every sake rice 😆. I'm curious about Nanamizu's Omachi 🤔honda's influence! You are just the leader of Sake no Wa 🤣.

Matsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix ④ islander sake brewery in Hawaii I had known about this sake for a while but could not afford it because of its high price. I took this opportunity to try it. Rutemi drank it a while ago 😁. I drank ● Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake It was made with KITASHIZUKU. It was quite a proper sake. It was moderately floral and had a good amount of sake flavor. The price is 7,700 yen and if you ask me if I would buy it, I would say 🤔. Kona Coffee Unfiltered Nama Sake Sake that was not on the distributed list. This was more interesting than the Jun Dai. There was also a fruity tropical sake, but I could imagine the taste and thought coffee would be more interesting, so I tasted this one. The rice is Kitashizuku and Calrose rice. Coffee beans soaked in sake? It tasted like fresh coffee beans! It had an atmosphere similar to the canned coffee called "Fresh Bean Blend" that Nescafe used to offer. I wonder if this is a liqueur or a craft saké, and how it would be classified?

Matsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix ③. Matsu Midori is now available at more stores in the Kansai region (although there are only 3 stores in Kansai), making it a little easier to buy. S.tokyo, which I've been curious about for a while. Saccharomyces tokyo NAKAZAWA is the second oldest sake yeast in the world. Sake degree and sake rice are undisclosed. Rich, fruity sweetness. Like muscat, like white wine. Not too sweet, but with a classic atmosphere. It has a unique and interesting sweetness. Okura also produces S.yedo, S.sake, and other pre-Association yeast sakes, but they are easier to drink than Okura.

Matsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix① Although we had to rush to the Ogimachi Park event, Muchi and I went to the Sake-1 Grand Prix held at Matsuo Taisha, the god of sake, the next day 😆. Since we only had two hours, we decided to visit the breweries we had never had before first. Koganezawa was a first for me. I wanted to buy a bottle of the Yamahai Junmai Light Nigori Nama Sake, but for some reason I missed it 😥. I drank Yamahai Junmai Miyamanishiki. Sake level -2 Not as classic and easy to drink as the label suggests. Slightly sweet with impressive acidity. Junmai Ginjo Hitomebore. Sake meter rating -3 Cute and sweet, just as the label implies.

Personal Rating 3.3/5 Ichinomiya & Local Sake Tour Extra I go to Hatsumode in the New Year🎶. I go to Matsuo-taisha Shrine in Kamikatsura every year. Matsuo-taisha is a shrine in the west along with Yasaka Shrine in the east, and is dedicated to the god of sake. The god of sake is enshrined here. The sake dedicated to the god is so impressive that there is even a lineup of sake from the Tohoku region! The sake we had in the precincts of the shrine was "Chiyoyachiyo" by Ota Sake Brewery. The color of the sake is amber, the aroma is the sweet aroma of sake, and the taste has a strong punch of sweetness from the rice. It is not that heavy. After I finish drinking this, I'm going to draw a fortune and think about what I'm going to buy at the first sale tomorrow while lounging around! Thank you for the sake!
