Kumakichi
I got a bottle of Nabeshima Summer Moon, so I compared it with a Junmai Daiginjo of Nabeshima that my friend brought me.
The specifications of the two are quite different, but I enjoyed the familiarity of the general flavor!
Summer Moon is a summer sake, with a much lower sweetness and an impressive acidity and sharpness!
Although it is a light summer sake, the lingering aftertaste after swallowing is very satisfying due to the fact that it is a ginjo with alcohol.
Rice polishing ratio: 50% (100% Yamadanishiki)
Alcohol content: 15%.
