bonchi
Lightly cloudy and transparent. Sweet and fruity aroma reminiscent of apples. The aroma is strong. The mouthfeel is sharp with a strong bitterness. The astringent taste is also strong, leaving an umami flavor, but the sharpness is good and the aftertaste is short. It is a fragrant sake.

bonchi
I would like to let people drink this wine who lived about 30 years ago, when people were not afraid to say "dry" to anyone and everyone. Even by the meager scale of those days, it could be called dry enough. However, the fruity attack of this wine makes the word "dry" seem to be lost.
