bonchi
Fizzy white color with rice grains intermingled. Fruity aroma reminiscent of melon. Aroma intensity is medium. Light fizzy mouthfeel. The attack is gently sweet. The umami and astringent flavors follow soon after, giving the impression of full-bodied richness. However, it has a short aftertaste with a good sharpness.
Because it is a doburoku, it is categorized as other brewed sake, not sake.
