I thought it looked unusual and bought it at a business supermarket The Akita dog label is cute🐾. There was some lees in the bottom of the bottle, so I mixed it and poured it out. It was thin and cloudy, but no gassy feeling. It's a clear and fruity sake, but a little thin. I would like a little more umami 🤔. I also feel a little lactic acidity.

bouken, I've never thought of buying sake at Gyosu 🤣.

Good evening, Mr. Manachy. This is a business chain run by a sake wholesaler as a franchise, so the selection is very different 🥸. We have Toyo Bijin and Bon.

bouken Hello ^_^ When I saw your picture I thought ✨chashiba✨, but it's a cute Akita dog😊. The kyosu I usually go to doesn't have that kind of sake 😁.

Good evening, Manta-san. I thought it was Akita Inu🐾 because it's Akita sake, but I guess not 🤔. Most kyosu is full of cheap sake that I'm afraid to buy 😅

I bought it because I saw it for the first time. It is made from Akita Sakekomachi. There is a sweetness more than I thought. The taste is gorgeous and clean. The price is cheap, but it is very satisfying. The sake is very good, so I think you should change the label that seems to have no intention of selling. It's hard to find bottled Oenon sake on the market. I haven't seen it since Godo Shusei's Samurai. I bought it at a business supermarket (apparently it's a franchise of a liquor store) that has a large selection of sake, and was surprised to find Toyo Bijin, Mimuro Sugi, and Ishizuchi. I was surprised to find Toyo Bijin, Mimuro Sugi, Ishizuchi, etc. They also have fresh sake.

I prefer it to the low-priced Junmai Daiginjo I've had recently, because it's more satisfying to drink and has a sweet and sour taste than Yume no Kanade.
