Rice
Yeast: AKITA Yukiguni Yeast
All Akita sake.
Oyaji-san drank it a while ago. It was in the spring sake corner of the supermarket. The name "Blossoming" itself sounds like spring, doesn't it?
It is a special junmai, but the rice polishing ratio is 50%, which is the standard for daiginjo. And yet the price is only about 1,400 yen including tax.
It is very fruity and a little pineapple. It is basically sweet, but the second half is a bit spicy.
It also has a yogurt-like taste.
I get the impression that 爛漫 is a big mass-production company, but this is delicious 😊.

bouken-san Good morning ☀️
Is it a business supermarket💦?
I stopped by the nearby Ricaman yesterday for something else, too...
For some reason, they only have comet in the refrigerated section 😵.
The rest of the room temperature shelves didn't have anything of interest 😓.

Hello Rafa 😃
I'm not sure if it's special because the business here is franchised by a liquor store and they used to have Brahma and Mimuro cedar in their selection 🤔.

Bishu Basho is a beautiful brewery 💕︎ lol.
I think it's changing for the better lately 🤔 maybe it's becoming a good cosmetic brand 😁.
Iwate Koryu was also in a liquor store and I bought some Hamamusume ✌️

Good morning T.KISO ☀☀☀☀☀.
I know you drank some raw sake a while ago 😊I'm jealous because I don't think I'll be able to buy raw 😋Hama Musume is rare because you can't buy it in other prefectures 😳.
