Freshly opened 1st day
Mild carbonation and overwhelming rice flavor. There might have been a little bit.
The gasiness makes it hard to feel, but there is a faintly sweet and fruity taste, with a really strong umami and a slight bitterness in the aftertaste.

It is very easy to drink, with a strong sweetness up front and almost no acidity.
I felt a hint of bitterness.
I thought it was interesting that the standing aroma, which had a strong sense of rice, turned after a while into an aroma filled with blue moisture, like the smell of grass.
