This one I visited the same store 3 days in a row so I was able to observe the 3 day progress 🙌🏻.
Freshly opened 1st day
Mild carbonation and overwhelming rice flavor. There might have been a little bit.
The gasiness makes it hard to feel, but there is a faintly sweet and fruity taste, with a really strong umami and a slight bitterness in the aftertaste.
