After eating and drinking at a restaurant, I found Mr. Sando, but it was already too late😅. After that, the lottery at the liquor store was not successful and we finally came across San-Do-san, we were able to buy two bottles per person, one for immediate consumption and the other for storage for a while (storage space is a challenge 😅) ✨. The first bottle had a subtle fruity aroma, a strong effervescence, and a light sweetness and umami that made it feel like champagne and not sake 😍. On the second day, the sweetness increases and it feels like it's ready to drink. I left it a little too long 😅On the fifth day, the sweetness is strong but the fizz has weakened considerably, which is also possible but I feel it is no longer a sansu 🥺 It has become a sake with a clean sweet aftertaste with a little bitterness.
