And the snack of the day was matsutake mushrooms 🤩 which I bought on a dare!
I probably hadn't eaten them at home for more than 20 years 🥲 and they weren't sold at the local supermarket 😢I finally found some at the Utsunomiya Tobu Department Store🏬‼️ which were domestic...hmmm 😳 so expensive 😵.
I give up early and move my attention to Canadian 🇨🇦. It looks like they are not the same matsutake mushrooms 😅I split them open and roast them and they are the same 👍!

The right half of the plate is eringi mushrooms, just to make up for the number of eringi mushrooms 🤭They were grilled on a table-top stove and the texture and aroma of the matsutake mushrooms 👍but the eringi mushrooms were just as tasty as the matsutake mushrooms!

The aroma is, what? Something fruity 🫢.
One sip and hmmm ⁉️ is it sweet too? 😳I was a bit surprised at the gap between the sweet chain that comes along every once in a while⛓️ appearance and the input to the brain called Abe Kantu and the taste buds😅.
But as a result, it's easy to drink, it's like a sweet senkou accompanied by a beautiful acidity, it's the kind of thing that goes down easy 😋 but I stopped halfway through the day 🫷.
I thought it looked like a toad on the label 🤔but when I drank it, it was like a sweet toad 🤗Yummmm!
And Ohtani Dodgers did it 😋‼️ I looked at my phone before noon on Monday and saw over 100 unread family lines 😳Noby and my sister were able to cheer on TV in the morning, but my daughter was supposed to be at work and we had a great game coverage exchange😅.
So it was Monday, which is usually a day off from drinking, but we couldn't help but celebrate with a toast 🙂 and a beer! So I toasted with beer 🍻 and had the rest!

I really like to drink it on a summer evening! I'd like to have a bottle of this on a summer's evening 😌 and not with fried food 😆 but with Asanoya's moist and tasty sashimi 😙. ことりIt is soft on the palate and has a pleasant, mellow sweetness and umami that spreads out slowly and smoothly. I also like the slight bitterness from the sweet and sour taste of peaches, tangerines, and dried fruits. 
ジェイ&ノビィKotori-san, Ars-san, Bousuke-san, and other Tochigi residents drank one after another, and we finally had ours, too 🤗‼️, which is highly reputed in the sake world outside of Tochigi.

I knew it had a fizzy taste from your post, but I forgot about it and poured it normally and it had great bubbles 😳I took a sip and... it had a gentle slight bubbly taste for the bubbles and it was "yummmm~🐏" I thought it would be sweet and tasty like Mida's but it has a sour and slightly bitter taste that is refreshing ‼️ It's a must-have 😍.

We both walked in the morning in preparation for the Dodgers game 🏟️, which aired at 11:00 that day! After a good sweat 💦 shower 🚿 and getting ready, we watched the game on TV in an air-conditioned room ⚾️
But, Otani, whose birthday it was on that day, didn't make a sound and the team lost badly 😩.
I needed a change of pace! We went on a tour of the neighborhood liquor stores in search of the Mutsu Hachisen Dobrok that we wanted to drink‼️ and luckily we got what we were looking for at the second store👍, but we decided to get carried away and visit another new liquor store 🚙.
We went to Kikuchi Sake Shop in Oyamachi, which Nobby found a while ago and Ars-san introduced us to 🤗.
The third picture is the harvest from our three stops that day 🍶We were already in a good mood after a good shopping trip 😊.
So I opened a bottle of Amataka Spark that I bought at the new liquor store 🎵.
Carefully and safely open the bottle 😊 You can see the top clear liquid!
The bubbles poured into a Riedel glass and I'm going to make love to you!
I love the slightly fizzy carbonation and the gentle mouthfeel that makes it hard to believe that it's 15% ☺️ refreshing and dry 😚.
I moved the bottle a little and the automatic ori dance started 💃! Winter scenery in summer is nice too 😌.
And when the oli is mixed in, the bitterness increases and it's also very bitter 👍It was a blink-and-you'll-miss-it taste 😋.
