sugizStrong sense of original sake.
Banana-based sweetness. ユキオFull-bodied and delicious camelfilter1913Sawaya Matsumoto, Moribashi-Gohyakumangoku, let's drink a glass and think about everything tomorrow. sugizOne that was tagged as a drinkable infusion⁉︎.
Choice for my lazy body the day after the 4th corona vaccine 🤣.
It is easy to drink as it has a light alcohol taste at 14 degrees and is a sparkling sake.
It is a nigori sake with a rice polishing ratio of 70%, so you can enjoy the complexity or miscellaneous flavors of the rice.
Repeat since January. sugizSlightly fizzy and tasty with a bitter taste. Slightly effervescent and tasty with a bitter taste. sugizI've been so busy that it's been a while since I've posted...
I need to leave my impressions on the spot. Sorry for the reflection 🥲.
I don't remember the details, but it was delicious, juicy, sweet and my favorite Kouji flavor.
Obon event & gyoza party with the international students we are hosting.
湘南の漢The Bon vacation ended yesterday, and I drank 2) sake.
After drinking Akabu, it feels spicy.
The aftertaste is sharp, but it has a richness compared to the Junmai I had before.
It has a crisp aftertaste, but it is not as rich as the junmai we drank before. I don't know how to describe it because I don't have the vocabulary.
I don't know how to describe it because I don't have the vocabulary, but it is delicious, but I personally prefer the Junmai I drank before.
つきたてGood evening, Shonan no Han-san. I would very much like to try Nanamoto-yari. I see that the Junmai has a richer flavor. That's a good reference! I am sad that the distributor is a little far away. 湘南の漢Good evening, Tsutsumitate-san. This is just an amateur sake drinker's impression, so I hope you can take it as a reference! Jungin has a sourness that goes in easily. Junmai has the umami of rice? I personally think it has a "mashi-yami" taste of rice. I personally like it! 湘南の漢I know I say a lot of things, but the Seven Spears are delicious! LOL!
It is one of my repeat sake. Let me know if you have any recommendations too! つきたてThanks so much for the additional info! I prefer my personal opinion to the information on the label! I'm not experienced enough to recommend it, so I'll enjoy it and drink a lot of it. 湘南の漢Bon vacation ended yesterday, and sake ①.
Akabu. First of all, the label is cool.
The aroma is not so strong, but when you drink it, it is deliciously sweet.
The sweetness of the rice comes out, and it is delicious without being weirdly sweet.
It is even better when drunk cold. sugizThe 80% milled rice ratio gives it a moderate tangy taste and acidity.
It is not slightly effervescent, but rather has a rather strong effervescence. It is juicy and sweet with lactic acidity, but it is low in alcohol and refreshing, making it a true summer nigori sake. sugizSlightly effervescent, gorgeous aroma, fruity flavor.
The bitterness in the aftertaste is typical of Koshi.
Easy to drink and my favorite type. さむちLong time no see, Setoichi.
Not too sweet, but with a robust flavor.
Can be served alone or with a meal🙆

Like a beautiful moon floating in the crystal clear night sky, the dignified and lustrous sensation on the throat spreads smartly, followed by a plump and full flavor that gently envelops the taste buds.
It is like a mental picture of pure lovers.

Acidity 1.3 マナチーSamuchi-san, I drank Setoichi for the first time the other day and it was delicious 😆I don't think Kanagawa sake is very famous in Japan, but there are many delicious ones......but then again, there are many unknown ones in Ibaraki too 🤣. さむちGood evening, Mr. Manachie!
Sometimes I feel like drinking local sake, and even if it's not famous, it's still delicious 🎶.
Ibaraki has some good ones too 😆. sugizThe label said to drink it chilled. It is low in alcohol, so you can drink it cooled down to the perfect temperature.
It is a tasty sake with a strong sweetness and umami flavor even when the temperature rises. sugizSlightly effervescent, but rather well effervescent. Not so much that the cork pops when you open the bottle, but...
Sweet and tasty. My favorite type.
sugizIt tastes robust for its low alcohol content of 12.5 degrees. sugizThis is the first time for me to taste Urakasumi's summer sake.
It is light and you can feel the umami of the rice.
It has no peculiarities and is easy to drink. sugizThe non-sparky one.
Sourness and wood vat flavor. Light alcohol feel.
I think it's simply delicious. But although it is delicious, it is out of the strike zone of our family's concept of sake...
I bought this bottle for a friend, but it ended up being consumed at home. sugizSlightly effervescent. It is light at 13% alcohol by volume, while still having a good taste of rice. Suitable for summer.
Perhaps it is because Hachitan-Nishiki is used for the premium rice, but it is also delicious with a hint of bitterness that we like.
sugizSummer Pilgrimage Sake (2 bottles 😆) obtained over the weekend.
Lighter than usual Koshi, slightly effervescent.
Sweetness and rice flavor are strong. Good acidity.
I checked the comments on last year's Summer Pilgrimage Sake and found that there was a hint of bitterness, but I didn't detect it this year. sugizI drank it earlier this month and enjoyed it, so I repeated it.
It is dark, bitter and alcoholic.
It's dark, so I'm not sure if it's suitable for such a hot day, but it's crisp, so I'll drink it 😁. sugizMy husband had opened a bottle while I was away. I heard it was slightly sparkling, but it was three days after opening the bottle when I received it, and the sparkling sensation had disappeared.
It has a strong sweetness and a rice bran taste. My favorite type. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
