Timeline
sugizThis is the first time for me to taste Urakasumi's summer sake.
It is light and you can feel the umami of the rice.
It has no peculiarities and is easy to drink. sugizThe non-sparky one.
Sourness and wood vat flavor. Light alcohol feel.
I think it's simply delicious. But although it is delicious, it is out of the strike zone of our family's concept of sake...
I bought this bottle for a friend, but it ended up being consumed at home. sugizSlightly effervescent. It is light at 13% alcohol by volume, while still having a good taste of rice. Suitable for summer.
Perhaps it is because Hachitan-Nishiki is used for the premium rice, but it is also delicious with a hint of bitterness that we like.
sugizSummer Pilgrimage Sake (2 bottles 😆) obtained over the weekend.
Lighter than usual Koshi, slightly effervescent.
Sweetness and rice flavor are strong. Good acidity.
I checked the comments on last year's Summer Pilgrimage Sake and found that there was a hint of bitterness, but I didn't detect it this year. sugizI drank it earlier this month and enjoyed it, so I repeated it.
It is dark, bitter and alcoholic.
It's dark, so I'm not sure if it's suitable for such a hot day, but it's crisp, so I'll drink it 😁. sugizMy husband had opened a bottle while I was away. I heard it was slightly sparkling, but it was three days after opening the bottle when I received it, and the sparkling sensation had disappeared.
It has a strong sweetness and a rice bran taste. My favorite type. sugizSlightly effervescent, the sweetness and peculiar sourness is probably the apple sensation. There is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, which gives the impression that it is clean for its sweetness. The alcohol is not strong (though it is usually 15 degrees), so even people who don't like sake will probably accept it.
And before you know it ㊗️200 check-ins ㊗️. あねさんCongratulations ㊗️
I love this kinoene🍎. It's delicious!
Let's continue to enjoy drinking sake😊. sugizThank you, Ane 😊.
I started this log to discourage excessive drinking, but I'm enjoying it 😁.
I hope i can keep drinking and having fun! T.KISOCongratulations on your 200 check-ins, sugiz🎉🎉㊗️🎊!
I've never had Kinoe, but I'd like to try it because of the apple🍎popularity❣️. sugizThank you T.KISO😊.
I've searched for it and it's generally well received. I think it's more suited for aperitifs than for food.
Koshi is one of my favorite breweries, so I'll be following them closely! ジェイ&ノビィGood evening, sugiz 😃.
Congratulations on your 200 check-ins㊗️㊗️🎉!
This apple is really delicious 😋.
Can't wait to drink it 😆. えりりんSugiz, congrats on your decision!
Congratulations on 🎊200in🎉🎉!
I drank it last year🎶.
Delicious 🍎.
I think I got into 🍎 from this drink😆. sugizThank you Jay & Nobby 😊.
Koshi, I have a reservation for the Summer Pilgrimage Sake at the end of this month, so I'm looking forward to that too~! sugizThank you, Eirin 😊.
The 🍎 type has a unique taste, doesn't it? I was interested in reading your comment and after drinking it, I agree with the 🍎 feeling. hondaMr. Sugiz.
Apple is a word that means "ah" and "pull" with a pause between them.
Apple" is a word with a pause between "ah" and "pull".
It sounds so erotic when you say it 👯☝️.
Congratulations on your ㊗️200 check-ins 🎉! sugizhonda, you have a unique perspective 😆.
The drinks were refreshing and not erotic 😆. MAJGood evening, sugiz! 😄
Congratulations on your 200 check-ins 🎉㊗️I haven't had Koshi Apple, but it still looks delicious 😋. sugizThank you MAJ 😊.
Koshi is one of our family's favorite breweries, and we can't go wrong with any of their brands - they're delicious ^_^💕. sugizNot too sweet, lactic acidic.
The lid flew off when I opened the bottle if I wasn't careful, probably because of the micro-foaming 😆...fortunately it wasn't enough to blow it out.
It's light at 13% low al.
As the temperature rises, the acidity becomes stronger, but it's also pleasantly sour. sugizI like Kamirai and drink it quite a bit, but this is my first Natsuo.
Dark, Hachitan-Nishiki-like bitterness, rice bran taste in a good way.
It is not a fizzy type, but you can feel the chili in your mouth.
It is still good. Kamirai. sugizFirst impression is dry. The acidity is also sufficient.
As the temperature rises, you can feel the richness that is typical of Omachi. The sweetness is moderate. Slightly effervescent. sugizDelicious lactic acid drink💕
Not only sweet, but also has a bitter taste, so it has a clean aftertaste.
The cemedine-type aroma is also very good. sugizDark mouthfeel, banana type sweetness.
A little bitterness in the background, so the sweetness isn't obnoxious.
It is 15 degrees, but it tastes like it is higher than that.
My favorite type. Gokyoride 純米大吟醸 桃色にごり生酒発泡 よいどれ♪
Sweet and sour and refreshing peach-colored nigori 🥂.
It took me a while to open the bottle, but the low alcohol content made it easy to drink and I drank it like juice and it was gone in no time 😋. よいどれ♪It was like a wine-flavored juice with a strong sour-sweet-sour taste and a bit gassy 🥂.
It was a crown so I had to look for a bottle opener for a long time 😅. sugizIt has an estery, cemedine-like flavor that is typical of Kamo Kinshu. Slightly effervescent. Slight sweetness and bitterness.
Delicious💕 sugizGorgeous aroma typical of nama-shu. Slightly effervescent.
Full of sweetness, but not sticky.
Tastes more like Koshi than the Gohyakumangoku Koshi we had the other day. It is a selfish image, but.... sugizDry and light. It is a refreshing type of sake with a slight bitterness, so it is suitable as a food wine. さむち

11 years this year
I still remember being in a car over here (Kanagawa) and feeling a tremendous shaking.
In the fall of that year, I traveled to Kamaishi as a way to support the disaster area and was shocked by the scars of the tsunami.
More than 2,000 people are still missing.
This sake was launched in December 2011 as the "Save Our Children with Baton Brewing Fermentation for the Future Project.
All proceeds are donated to the Hatachi Fund, a foundation organization dedicated to the ongoing care of children affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake.
We will continue to support the children who were 0 years old at the time of the earthquake until the day they reach their 60th birthday, and we will do our small part again this year. 遥瑛チチGood evening, Mr. Samuchi 🌇.
First time to comment😊.
I think that attitude is important👍
I will remember to pass it on, and I will continue to do so from here on out❗️ さむちHaruei Chichi, konpan ha 🌃
I guess as we get older, we start to feel like we're 'doing it for someone else'...
I'd like to keep going for another 9 years until my 20 years 😆. ハナトひろGood evening Mr. Samuchi 🌛I am new to sake and did not know this sake existed. If I come across it, I will definitely buy it. I remember as if it were yesterday, the tremors, the fear of the nuclear power plant, and the fact that a normal day is not a normal day. さむちGood evening, Hiro Hanato.
I would love to have them work on this next year.
There are many forms of support, so I think it would be good to just remember to think of them. えりりんSamuchisaaaan!
We're still fixing things up here and there!
It's been cleaned up pretty well with lots of people volunteering and donating, so please come back and visit😊. T.KISOGood evening, Samuchi😄.
I think it's really a great initiative.
Cheers さむちEririn sa 〜〜〜〜〜🤗
It's been 11 years and it's still not enough.
They were looking for support for the disaster area at work and I raised my hand, but others were chosen and I couldn't go ⤵.
I would love to revisit ✨ Maa.Good morning, Samuchi!
I didn't know they had this kind of sake at Ichinokura!
I hope to look for it next year 😃. さむち
I can't help but feel weathered from year to year, so these efforts are a reminder. さむちHello Maa.
My local liquor store carries it and I reserve it every year around this time.
Please look for it! sugizFizzy, sweet, delicious! Fresh.
Sweetness followed by a hint of bitterness.
Kouko, I'm becoming more and more of a fan 😊. sugizRecommended by the liquor store owner.
It has no peculiarities and is easy to drink.
It has a good balance of acidity, sweetness, and bitterness.
Excellent as a food sake.
It changes to a gorgeous atmosphere when the temperature rises. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
