One that was tagged as a drinkable infusion⁉︎. Choice for my lazy body the day after the 4th corona vaccine 🤣. It is easy to drink as it has a light alcohol taste at 14 degrees and is a sparkling sake. It is a nigori sake with a rice polishing ratio of 70%, so you can enjoy the complexity or miscellaneous flavors of the rice. Repeat since January.

I don't remember the details, but it was delicious, juicy, sweet and my favorite Kouji flavor. Obon event & gyoza party with the international students we are hosting.

The Bon vacation ended yesterday, and I drank 2) sake. After drinking Akabu, it feels spicy. The aftertaste is sharp, but it has a richness compared to the Junmai I had before. It has a crisp aftertaste, but it is not as rich as the junmai we drank before. I don't know how to describe it because I don't have the vocabulary. Bon vacation ended yesterday, and sake ①. Akabu. First of all, the label is cool. The aroma is not so strong, but when you drink it, it is deliciously sweet. The sweetness of the rice comes out, and it is delicious without being weirdly sweet. It is even better when drunk cold.

The 80% milled rice ratio gives it a moderate tangy taste and acidity. It is not slightly effervescent, but rather has a rather strong effervescence. It is juicy and sweet with lactic acidity, but it is low in alcohol and refreshing, making it a true summer nigori sake.

The non-sparky one. Sourness and wood vat flavor. Light alcohol feel. I think it's simply delicious. But although it is delicious, it is out of the strike zone of our family's concept of sake... I bought this bottle for a friend, but it ended up being consumed at home.

Slightly effervescent. It is light at 13% alcohol by volume, while still having a good taste of rice. Suitable for summer. Perhaps it is because Hachitan-Nishiki is used for the premium rice, but it is also delicious with a hint of bitterness that we like.

Summer Pilgrimage Sake (2 bottles 😆) obtained over the weekend. Lighter than usual Koshi, slightly effervescent. Sweetness and rice flavor are strong. Good acidity. I checked the comments on last year's Summer Pilgrimage Sake and found that there was a hint of bitterness, but I didn't detect it this year.

My husband had opened a bottle while I was away. I heard it was slightly sparkling, but it was three days after opening the bottle when I received it, and the sparkling sensation had disappeared. It has a strong sweetness and a rice bran taste. My favorite type.
