Sentori, which we purchased at the end of the year and have not been able to drink.
This is the first snowball of the season.
Slightly sparkling, low-alcoholic, refreshing, with a slight bitterness in the aftertaste.
It is my favorite standard muddy sake.
New year bottle this year 😆 I checked and it was 5 years old.
The first thing you feel is the acidity. The taste is clear with little alcohol. The taste is mild, mainly apricot sweetness, and seems to be well received by women.
Accompanied by dinner on the second day of the New Year.
Slightly fizzy. It has been a while since I have enjoyed the taste of this Hachitan-Nishiki. I often drink Hachitan-nishiki by Kamurai, but this is the first time for me to drink Hachitan-nishiki by Kamo Kanehide.
New Year's sake (2) - Women's tears
When I went back to my parents' house, my father bought this sake.
It seemed to be a recommendation from Aoki Shoten.
With all due respect, I had never heard of this sake and it was unknown to me.
When I opened the bottle, there was not much aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the sweetness and gradually start to feel the alcohol, and it ends up being dry.
From the naming, you would expect it to be intensely dry. It is easy to drink.
There are still many sake that I do not know about, and sake is very deep.
This is also my father's first series of Sentori, his choice.
When the bottle is opened, it has an elegant aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, it is truly a SENKYO.
It has a sweet acidity and a juicy, tangy flavor reminiscent of white wine.
It is perfectly fine on its own, but it also goes well with white meat fish.
It is also good with carpaccio.
Sentori does not betray its taste.
Good evening, Shonan Han! This one is delicious, isn't it? I happened to bring it to a company drinking party and the sake novice members were captivated 🤣.
My father's choice, Shichibonspear Junmai.
I've had it before, cold.
It is dry and sharp when drunk at room temperature.
Taste it lukewarm. It has a gentle umami of rice. It's good at this level.
It may be too harsh if the temperature is raised too high.
Pair it with tuna and aji no tataki. Nice.
The bottle was opened on Friday and untouched over the weekend.
A rare phenomenon in our house... 😆
It was a milder, sweeter version of a sake that is reputed to be delicious. Delicious 💕
I wonder why they don't have a bottle!
It's so good you'll want to blurt it out 🎵.
The owner of the shop said, "Even if we get a new shipment, it will be sold out as soon as it arrives!
said the owner of the store.
Low-alcohol, adult calpis soda? Ambasa?
The slight bitterness that remains is also delicious.
The World Cup has started and I'm glued to the TV.
I was running from my house to Shichirigahama over Enoshima island 💨 because I was feeling like I was going to be out of exercise.
I found myself running 25km.
Nice to meet you, Samuchi-san!
I was going to go to Aoki Shoten to buy this Kangiku, but they were already sold out, so I couldn't get it.
World Cup ⚽️Yesterday was great 👏!
Let's get drunk, watch a good game and get excited 🍶.
Good evening, Samuchi 😊.
I also bought some at Aoki Shoten ✌It was highly praised on the Salmon Labo channel!
I'm looking forward to opening it when I hear it's so good that I want a bottle 🎵.
Good evening, Mr. Shin Kururi 🌰.
I bought it on Friday night after I saw on Facebook that it was in stock!
The owner said he wanted to keep it in stock until Sunday.
I heard it was sold out in the blink of an eye at other stores.
The Germany game...I cried 🇩.
Good evening, Yukachin-san 🌛.
The weather was so nice that I got carried away💦.
I was exhausted at the end.
We don't have a bottle of sake.
If we had, I would have definitely chosen it!
Erin, good evening 🗻.
I finished the bottle in 2 days 💦.
I need a refill!
I'm basically a mountain person, so my running is for climbing 💪.
But I run a little too much💦.
I happened to find this sake at a local liquor store.
I had originally been following the winter moon, but the rarity of this sake made me buy it immediately!
It's a 2 year old sake, so it's deep and good 🎵.
From the website
The "Winter Moon Reprint" reproduces the first year (21 years ago) of the Winter Moon series, which is known by those in the know as the start of a new history in the series' 21st year.
For this edition, the brewing procedure and formula were reproduced by unraveling a book that describes the sake brewing process at that time. The label is also a reproduction of the original label.
Please enjoy "Fuyutsuki", which has a stronger flavor and a thicker, sweeter taste than today's sake, while thinking about the 21-year history of the brewery.

Is this the first year edition of Winter Moon⁉️Σ
It's so rare ❣️.
I've had Winter Moon once, so I'm curious about this one 😆😆😆.
Good evening, T.KISO 🌛.
I love how rare it is with the serial number 🍶.
I went bargain hunting and found it!
It has a deep taste while retaining the traditional winter moon flavor!
Delicious!
Good evening, Mr. Samuchi.
Our family is also served by the same liquor store😊.
Winter Moon is delicious! I've reserved a bottle of unfiltered raw sake for later this month and am looking forward to it.
Good evening, sugiz!
What a surprise that you favor the same liquor store!
I used to be under the impression that it was the place that gave me ice cream at the Hamaguri Festival, but now that I've started drinking sake, I'm so happy to find such a nice place in my neighborhood!
I'm so grateful!
Continuing from yesterday, we chose our standard sake.
When I say "regular sake", I realize that we haven't had it since August😅.
This one is light with a 13% alcohol content. The problem is that it's so light that a bottle goes quickly.
