sugizLight but firm umami and elegant sweetness.
As the label says, the aroma of the wooden vat is not strong and easy to match with dishes.
Cool label✨ sugizFirst summer sake of the season.
Dry. And fizzy.
It's off the main road of my taste, but it's seasonal. sugizSlight bitterness and gentle acidity, clean and smooth. sugizAkita sake today😊.
Niimasa has a mild woody okegawa feel. Light sweetness and gentle acidity. 湘南の漢The last of GW is a long time in the making.
When I opened the bottle and poured it into a wine glass,
The aroma is sweet and elegant.
The sweetness spreads in the mouth and the bitterness gradually increases,
The sweetness is not left in the mouth, and the wine is refreshing. Delicious.
My brother, who recently drank Akabu and was shocked
My brother, who recently drank Akabu and was shocked by it, also seems to have a very high opinion of it.
The three of us drank a four-pack, but it was quickly consumed.
I wonder when the next holiday weekend will be...
I'm heading back to the battlefield (workplace) from today. こぞうMr. Han of Shonan
Hello 😍.
This is a delicious iron plate 😍.
Let's drink good sake and work hard in moderation♪ 湘南の漢Good evening, Koizo!
The crop is delicious, isn't it? It's healing. ❗️
You are right, work really is in moderation, isn't it? LOL! 湘南の漢Looking for a classic sake that goes well with warmed sake,
I came across Shinkame.
I have had spring sake, but this was my first time to try this normal one.
When I opened the bottle, it had a unique and peculiar aroma.
When you drink it, it is a dry sake full of classic flavor.
When chilled, the peculiarity becomes stronger,
When warmed up, the peculiarity becomes weaker.
but it has a stronger, heavier flavor.
My father, who is a classic sake drinker, said he didn't like it.
I personally prefer the Spring Nama Sake, which is lighter
I also personally liked the Spring Nama-zake because it was lighter and had a sharpness that made it easier to drink with meals. sugizI just got home from the first half of the holiday wanderings and took a breather 😁.
Today's accompaniment is Koshi, which I haven't had in a while. The new label is new to me.
Slightly effervescent and fruity. It has a delicious flavor and a bitter aftertaste. Kouji is right in the middle of our family's tastes💕. 湘南の漢GW's first game opened with an unexpected new political acquisition.
When the bottle is opened, it has a gorgeous aroma reminiscent of wine.
The taste is really fine and delicate.
I have no power of expression, so I will just say it is really delicious!
It is a unique taste, a Shinsei taste.
The aroma of the wooden vat is also faintly perceptible,
I paired it with sashimi and liver. It's a good feeling.
My father, who had never tasted Shinsei before, was impressed with the taste.
I wanted to sip it slowly,
but we both finished it quickly. What a waste... sugizThis is my 4th one this season 😆 and the last. I enjoyed it again this year 💕.
Now we can enjoy our light nigori. Next season, I would like to drink the brand I couldn't get this year. sugizI opened a bottle of Risshun Asashibori, which I had stocked up on, thinking 💦 I had to drink it before spring was over.
It's a fresh sake and I finished it in no time this time. See you next year 😊. sugizSlightly effervescent Koshi. Fruity and delicious. さむちSpring Limited Sake Koshi
Sake that is full of spring-like gorgeousness.
Delicious with a gaseous taste.
Cherry blossoms at Meguro River were in full bloom
Unfortunately, the weather was not so good 🌸 えりりんSamuchi-san (...omega...)🥰 Cheers!
This is so cute, I want one 🥰.
I heard of a store in the prefecture that carries them, so it will be easier for Kouko to buy them too🎶. さむちHello, Eirin!
I had a hard time deciding between the two types.
But after consulting with the store owner, I decided on this one...
It's too bad it's too cold for the cherry blossoms to be in full bloom!
I'm watching TV at home while viewing the cherry blossoms. ましらのやまさん Organic Natur 2023
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Nama yeast, natural yeast, wooden vat brewing
Domaine Sakura Kame-no-o
Polishing ratio 90%, ALC 14% (undiluted)
Super-ancient method, no additive yeast (brewer's yeast), wooden vat brewing, natural yeast, sake yeast, unpasteurized sake
I found a sake shop in Chigasaki where I could buy Senkyoku, so I immediately looked for the label posted on Sakenawa and bought it.
I was thrilled and excited to open the bottle to see what the 90% polished rice ratio would taste like.
The aroma was slightly fruity...why 90%?
When I put it in my mouth, there was a tingling sensation peculiar to nama-shu on my tongue, but since it has a low alcohol content of 14%, it seemed to quickly disappear like water after I let it warm in my mouth for a while.
Still, the lingering taste in the mouth made me feel somewhat dry, perhaps because of the acidity.
Chigasaki Aoki Shoten: 20230304 purchased and opened ましらのやまさんSpecial Junmai Sake 3.11 Baton for the Future
100% Kuranohana, 60% polished rice
ALC 17% Donation to the Hatachi Fund
This sake was recently purchased at Aoki Shoten in Chigasaki, where we purchased Tenju, Koshi, and Senkou from the Risshun Asa Shibori Junmai Ginjo-Nama Sake event held by the Nippon Meimon Sake Kai.
The brewer of Ichinokura launched the "Baton for the Future: Saving Children through Brewing and Fermentation Project" in December 2011 in order to pass on the support given to the brewery in the aftermath of the Great East Japan Earthquake to the children affected by the disaster in the form of a "thank you" gift.
Since then, they have been selling the "3.11 Baton for the Future" and donating all proceeds from the sales to the Hatachi Fund, a support fund for children affected by the disaster.
I bought a bottle thinking that it was a small support that even an old man who drinks can do.
I first enjoyed it at room temperature (cold sake). It was slightly sweet to slightly dry. I think it is a smooth and easy to drink sake.
Chigasaki Aoki Shoten: 20230304 Purchased and opened sugizThis is the first brand I have had as a recommendation from the liquor store.
It has a bubbly taste, and as the temperature rises, it has an alcoholic taste.
It has a bitter taste, so it is refreshing but not light. It is sharp and has little sweetness. Shinraiチャレンジシリーズ vol.1 Voyager 未知への探索 sugizChallenge Series.
Sake made with brewer's yeast. But, I mean, it still tastes like divine lightning 😊.
Good balance of bitterness and sourness. sugizThis is the 3rd bottle this season. Still have one bottle in stock 😆 Holder
I wondered how many years it has been since I started drinking this... so I went back to the analog record before Sake no Wa...
R1BY, 60% rice polishing ratio. It was different from now!
R2BY What a 5 bottles I drank lol
R3BY: Polishing ratio 65% from here on. I drank 4 bottles in total.
R4BY Maybe I will drink 4 bottles. たくぼんGood evening, sugiz😃.
I'm very much interested in this one 🍶 of the divine thunderbolt.
I would like to taste it once 😋 but
But I haven't seen it here 😱. sugizGood evening, Takubon-san 😊.
I'm a big fan of this one.
I always buy it at the liquor store where I work. If you have a chance, please try it. sugizRisshun morning pressing, the second type is Senkou.
Lighter and clearer than Koshi. Slightly effervescent and light acidity. ましらのやまさんKinoene Junmai Ginjo-shu Tachiharu Asa Shibori Nama-zake
Polishing ratio 58%, ALC 16%.
Of the three types we received today, this sake has the strongest carbonation of the raw sake and is the driest.
It has a stimulating effect on the tongue, and the aroma that spreads in the mouth is fruity.
The Tenju we had today has already been checked in on February 4, so I added only the image of the Risshun morning pressing to the fourth picture.

Chigasaki Enya: 20230209 ましらのやまさんRisshun Asa Shibori Junmai Ginjo Nama Genjyo
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Polishing ratio 60%, ALC 14%.
20250207The Aoki Shoten purchase was a Junmai Ginjo with a raw yeast base.
Enya-san informed us that three types of Risshun Asa Shibori (Senkou, Kouji, and Tenju) are in stock.
Tomorrow is forecasted to be snowy in Kanagawa Prefecture, and I have another get-together, so they may be gone before I can stop by...(^◇^;)💦.
I took a chance and stopped by. 😋
Slightly sweet, with a tangy raw sake stimulation on the tongue, this sake has a unique aroma and flavor unique to Sengoku on the palate.
Since this is my first encounter with Kouji's Risshun Asashibori, I will check in anew, but Tenju's Risshun Asashibori has already been checked in on 2/4/2023, so I have updated the date of drinking to 2/9.
