The Bon vacation ended yesterday, and I drank 2) sake.
After drinking Akabu, it feels spicy.
The aftertaste is sharp, but it has a richness compared to the Junmai I had before.

Good evening, Shonan no Han-san. I would very much like to try Nanamoto-yari. I see that the Junmai has a richer flavor. That's a good reference! I am sad that the distributor is a little far away.

Good evening, Tsutsumitate-san. This is just an amateur sake drinker's impression, so I hope you can take it as a reference! Jungin has a sourness that goes in easily. Junmai has the umami of rice? I personally think it has a "mashi-yami" taste of rice. I personally like it!
