湘南の漢New Year's sake (2) - Women's tears
When I went back to my parents' house, my father bought this sake.
It seemed to be a recommendation from Aoki Shoten.
With all due respect, I had never heard of this sake and it was unknown to me.
When I opened the bottle, there was not much aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the sweetness and gradually start to feel the alcohol, and it ends up being dry.
From the naming, you would expect it to be intensely dry. It is easy to drink.
There are still many sake that I do not know about, and sake is very deep. sugizSweet and fruity, typical of Koshi.
Second day of opening. I heard it was more schwarzy on the first day. I didn't drink it though 😆. 湘南の漢This is also my father's first series of Sentori, his choice.
When the bottle is opened, it has an elegant aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, it is truly a SENKYO.
It has a sweet acidity and a juicy, tangy flavor reminiscent of white wine.
It is perfectly fine on its own, but it also goes well with white meat fish.
It is also good with carpaccio.

I've had it before, cold.
It is dry and sharp when drunk at room temperature.
Taste it lukewarm. It has a gentle umami of rice. It's good at this level.
It may be too harsh if the temperature is raised too high.
Pair it with tuna and aji no tataki. Nice. sugizAlcoholic. It is crisp and refreshing.
As the temperature rises, sweetness emerges, which is also delicious. sugizSlightly carbonated. Slight bitterness, refreshing Yamadanishiki. Fresh. sugizThe second bottle of Nouveau. It was delicious again this year.

The sake is a high draft sake at 17.4 degrees Celsius, so it gets drunk quickly 😆. sugizWe got the nouveau again this year😊.
Slightly effervescent, fresh but dark and robust. Delicious.

I had originally been following the winter moon, but the rarity of this sake made me buy it immediately!
It's a 2 year old sake, so it's deep and good 🎵.

The "Winter Moon Reprint" reproduces the first year (21 years ago) of the Winter Moon series, which is known by those in the know as the start of a new history in the series' 21st year.
For this edition, the brewing procedure and formula were reproduced by unraveling a book that describes the sake brewing process at that time. The label is also a reproduction of the original label.
Please enjoy "Fuyutsuki", which has a stronger flavor and a thicker, sweeter taste than today's sake, while thinking about the 21-year history of the brewery.
Sake quality: Special Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu Shiboritate
Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic)
Rice used: Akebono (Okayama Prefecture)
Rice polishing ratio 58
Alcohol content: 16% or more, less than 17
Sake meter: -3 or higher
Acidity: around 1.5

This bottle has a high alcohol content and you can feel the roughness of the original sake. Sweetness and bitterness are also strong. sugizI came home from an overseas business trip and had sake for the first time in about a week, and it was delicious. I'm glad I'm Japanese 😆.
It has a strong ginjo aroma, a dark taste with more bitterness than acidity.
The yeast is Okayama Hakuto yeast. sugizIt's been a long time since I've been to Shinrai. It is still my favorite brewery. It is delicious.
It is made from Senbon-Nishiki & brewer's yeast.
It has a smooth, soft sweetness and a slight bitterness as an aftertaste.
