This bottle has a high alcohol content and you can feel the roughness of the original sake. Sweetness and bitterness are also strong.

I came home from an overseas business trip and had sake for the first time in about a week, and it was delicious. I'm glad I'm Japanese 😆.
It has a strong ginjo aroma, a dark taste with more bitterness than acidity.
The yeast is Okayama Hakuto yeast.

It's been a long time since I've been to Shinrai. It is still my favorite brewery. It is delicious.
It is made from Senbon-Nishiki & brewer's yeast.
It has a smooth, soft sweetness and a slight bitterness as an aftertaste.

Choice for my lazy body the day after the 4th corona vaccine 🤣.
It is easy to drink as it has a light alcohol taste at 14 degrees and is a sparkling sake.
It is a nigori sake with a rice polishing ratio of 70%, so you can enjoy the complexity or miscellaneous flavors of the rice.

Akabu. First of all, the label is cool.
The aroma is not so strong, but when you drink it, it is deliciously sweet.
The sweetness of the rice comes out, and it is delicious without being weirdly sweet.
