Timeline
sugizRepeat since August.
My favorite Koshi. Looking back at my records, I drank last week too... (LOL)
Can't wait for next week's sake nouveau "Sakai no Dawn" 😆. さむちDenshikiku, which could not be drunk last year.
Yokohama and Kawasaki are the only stores that carry it. It's a little troublesome.
I was thinking...
But, wait a minute... I found it on Facebook!
A local liquor store just a few minutes' bike ride from my house was carrying it!
I got the last bottle!
Sweet and juicy with a bitter aftertaste.
Last weekend was the final home game of the local team, Bellmare ⚽!
An important game to stay in J1!
We won 3-0 ⚽⚽⚽⚽ takeshonHi Samuchi 😃
I got this one too 👍I will drink it soon 😋.
I see you are going to watch soccer. I hope you are getting excited for the World Cup soon. MantaHello Samuchi ^ ^
I wanted to drink this sake, so I went to a store that carries it yesterday, but they didn't have it 🥲.
In Shizuoka, Jubilo Iwata has dropped out of J2. Shimizu S-Pulse is also on the verge of falling off the cliff. さむちGood evening, takeshon!
I just came back from the Northern Alps🗻.
I am an old man who loves mountains, soccer and sake!
I'm not sure about the selection of the World Cup team members, but I'm rooting for them after all ⚽ さむちGood evening, Manta-san!
I didn't expect Shizuoka to drop out of J2 at the same time!
Especially, Shimizu has been losing goals in the lost time throughout the season...
They missed too many points, didn't they?
But if they can rebuild their defense, they can get back to J1 in a year! sugizSurprisingly, it's my first Nara😅sake place...
This bottle has a high alcohol content and you can feel the roughness of the original sake. Sweetness and bitterness are also strong. sugizI came home from an overseas business trip and had sake for the first time in about a week, and it was delicious. I'm glad I'm Japanese 😆.
It has a strong ginjo aroma, a dark taste with more bitterness than acidity.
The yeast is Okayama Hakuto yeast. sugizIt's been a long time since I've been to Shinrai. It is still my favorite brewery. It is delicious.
It is made from Senbon-Nishiki & brewer's yeast.
It has a smooth, soft sweetness and a slight bitterness as an aftertaste.
T.KISOGood evening, sugiz!
I have this at my local liquor store, but I always end up buying Akita sake 😅.
But I think it's time to try it 🤔. sugizT.KISO, if you are going to buy Shinrai, I recommend you to buy Hachitan-nishiki first! ....just my personal preference 😅But, this autumn harvest was also excellent. Please give it a try. sugizWe finally received the second bottle of summer sake, which we purchased two bottles of in July.
The taste is typical of Koshi. Sweetness, rice flavor and acidity. Looking forward to next year 😊. sugizStrong sense of original sake.
Banana-based sweetness. ユキオFull-bodied and delicious camelfilter1913Sawaya Matsumoto, Moribashi-Gohyakumangoku, let's drink a glass and think about everything tomorrow. sugizOne that was tagged as a drinkable infusion⁉︎.
Choice for my lazy body the day after the 4th corona vaccine 🤣.
It is easy to drink as it has a light alcohol taste at 14 degrees and is a sparkling sake.
It is a nigori sake with a rice polishing ratio of 70%, so you can enjoy the complexity or miscellaneous flavors of the rice.
Repeat since January. sugizSlightly fizzy and tasty with a bitter taste. Slightly effervescent and tasty with a bitter taste. sugizI've been so busy that it's been a while since I've posted...
I need to leave my impressions on the spot. Sorry for the reflection 🥲.
I don't remember the details, but it was delicious, juicy, sweet and my favorite Kouji flavor.
Obon event & gyoza party with the international students we are hosting. 湘南の漢The Bon vacation ended yesterday, and I drank 2) sake.
After drinking Akabu, it feels spicy.
The aftertaste is sharp, but it has a richness compared to the Junmai I had before.
It has a crisp aftertaste, but it is not as rich as the junmai we drank before. I don't know how to describe it because I don't have the vocabulary.
I don't know how to describe it because I don't have the vocabulary, but it is delicious, but I personally prefer the Junmai I drank before.
つきたてGood evening, Shonan no Han-san. I would very much like to try Nanamoto-yari. I see that the Junmai has a richer flavor. That's a good reference! I am sad that the distributor is a little far away. 湘南の漢Good evening, Tsutsumitate-san. This is just an amateur sake drinker's impression, so I hope you can take it as a reference! Jungin has a sourness that goes in easily. Junmai has the umami of rice? I personally think it has a "mashi-yami" taste of rice. I personally like it! 湘南の漢I know I say a lot of things, but the Seven Spears are delicious! LOL!
It is one of my repeat sake. Let me know if you have any recommendations too! つきたてThanks so much for the additional info! I prefer my personal opinion to the information on the label! I'm not experienced enough to recommend it, so I'll enjoy it and drink a lot of it. 湘南の漢Bon vacation ended yesterday, and sake ①.
Akabu. First of all, the label is cool.
The aroma is not so strong, but when you drink it, it is deliciously sweet.
The sweetness of the rice comes out, and it is delicious without being weirdly sweet.
It is even better when drunk cold. sugizThe 80% milled rice ratio gives it a moderate tangy taste and acidity.
It is not slightly effervescent, but rather has a rather strong effervescence. It is juicy and sweet with lactic acidity, but it is low in alcohol and refreshing, making it a true summer nigori sake. sugizSlightly effervescent, gorgeous aroma, fruity flavor.
The bitterness in the aftertaste is typical of Koshi.
Easy to drink and my favorite type. さむちLong time no see, Setoichi.
Not too sweet, but with a robust flavor.
Can be served alone or with a meal🙆
Running along the seaside of Shonan in the sweltering heat💨

Like a beautiful moon floating in the crystal clear night sky, the dignified and lustrous sensation on the throat spreads smartly, followed by a plump and full flavor that gently envelops the taste buds.
It is like a mental picture of pure lovers.

Acidity 1.3 マナチーSamuchi-san, I drank Setoichi for the first time the other day and it was delicious 😆I don't think Kanagawa sake is very famous in Japan, but there are many delicious ones......but then again, there are many unknown ones in Ibaraki too 🤣. さむちGood evening, Mr. Manachie!
Sometimes I feel like drinking local sake, and even if it's not famous, it's still delicious 🎶.
Ibaraki has some good ones too 😆. sugizThe label said to drink it chilled. It is low in alcohol, so you can drink it cooled down to the perfect temperature.
It is a tasty sake with a strong sweetness and umami flavor even when the temperature rises. sugizSlightly effervescent, but rather well effervescent. Not so much that the cork pops when you open the bottle, but...
Sweet and tasty. My favorite type.
sugizIt tastes robust for its low alcohol content of 12.5 degrees. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
