This time it was sake at a consolation party with my business partner! We went to a sushi restaurant run by an old lady in the Izu countryside and had sashimi of sea bream, lobster, and abalone, tokobushi, fried river shrimp, and braised sea bream while enjoying sake kappa kappa 𐤔 Local wasabi is also delicious without a hint of spicy flavor. We almost emptied the 3 4-goupe bottles of "Saku Enochi", "Senkou Modern Omachi" and "Yamamoto Junmai Daiginjyo Setagaya Blue" shown in the photo. But we didn't get drunk the next day 🎶After all, good sake doesn't leave a residue 🧡 . *. Saku" is also stable and fruity, with a wonderful aroma and taste that is unlike any other sake 🧡 . *The label on the back of the bottle says it's a pear type 🧡 . *゜
