I've been having a hard time drinking these days because of the work at the beginning of the term... (Polish)
I managed to drink a little this weekend, so I opened my first bottle of "Sentori Akatombo" 🧡 . *゜
It was a close call because it was the last one to be purchased.
The taste is refreshing and super sweet, with a strong acidity and not so strong bitterness. With the aroma coming from the bottle when you open it! I was also surprised at the difference in aroma when poured into a wine glass. When you enjoy the aroma in a wine glass, you can smell a very sweet aroma, but when you put it in your mouth, you feel much less sweetness than you imagined, and the acidity is much stronger, which was surprising.
On the second day, I felt a little more sweetness, but the acidity was still quite strong and I did not feel much change in taste.
It was a different bottle from my usual Sentori! I felt this was possible 🧡 . *.
