I was told by Kuboyama Sake Brewery to be careful of the fizz when opening the bottle, so I thought it would be the shwashy type, but it's not at all... (Polish Polish).
I thought it was a sparkling type, but it wasn't at all...(Polish) Oh well...maybe the proprietress explained it wrongly.
Oh well, whatever.
The taste was completely different from my imagination, it was not fruity, on the contrary, it was a mellow and heavy sake. It had a deep flavor and sweetness.
I wonder if this kind of sake goes better with dishes with strong flavors.
