Jyoshito Kuheiji Lightly Nigori
It has a gorgeous aroma with gas at the beginning and a bitter taste later.
It's surprisingly dry.

Easy to drink
The sourness and sweetness come first, and the aroma comes softly and roundly.
The sourness and sweetness make it seem like a white wine for a moment, but it is definitely sake.
It is delicious (*^^*)
It seems to be read as "Nirgame". It is a sake made from rice that has not been polished very much. That's why it's yellowish. But it is not too strong and easy to drink.
The color is a little yellowish, and it is more solid than I expected. Is it because it is a noble sake? Still, it is easy to drink and I like it very much.
Now the sunrise
I think it's sweet, a taste of peaches and slightly different fruits, like pineapple? Sweetness! A sense of alcohol rises gently from the back of the throat and is too good until the end. I think the axis is similar to the peach feeling of the first coat of Toyo Bijin and the way the tastes overlap here is good.
I've never had Ho Hoi-Bai before, but I'm a Mohawk girl
It has a rice aroma, not clear, but it has a fruity aroma that lingers in the mouth. How was the aftertaste?

Apparently, it's a 21-by-26-year-old noble brew made with Hironotori.
We ordered it not to drink with sushi, but as a dessert.
It has a mellow, dense aroma and a cohesive sweetness and flavor.
I wonder if this is the result of the slow aging process in the refrigerator. I don't know about the details but it's delicious 🤤
