Shijozo-shu Sono-San re-shikomi kiyoshu 22by
Apparently, it's a 21-by-26-year-old noble brew made with Hironotori.
We ordered it not to drink with sushi, but as a dessert.
It has a mellow, dense aroma and a cohesive sweetness and flavor.
I wonder if this is the result of the slow aging process in the refrigerator. I don't know about the details but it's delicious 🤤
