This is a raw Hanayuyuu Omachi sake. I have the impression that Hanayuyuu itself has many fruity, sweet and mild sake, and this sake was definitely in that vein.
The aroma is fruity and slightly koji-like. The taste is rich and sweet, with a rich peach or banana flavor. Peachy, I like this type of sake.
Sashimi and other dishes go well with it, but it might go better with fruits. Peaches and cheese might go well with it.

I wanted to fish out some sake from the Tohoku region, so I bought this at a local sake store.
This one had a fluffy aromatic quality that spread out of my mouth that I had never experienced before. I imagine sweetness and bitterness coexist, but I think there is a better description.
I don't think there are many sakes that can produce this aroma, but I think it is a luxury sake that is sold in supermarkets and is relatively easy to purchase.

I got hooked on Akita sake on a trip to Akita, so after returning home I looked up Akita sake at a local liquor store and bought some.
I found it to be the easiest sake I have ever had to drink, with just the right amount of fruity and lightness.
The aroma was not too strong, which suited my taste. A sake that can be drunk without hesitation.
The jacket is cool.

I was curious about Laughing Four Seasons. At a liquor store, I was attracted by the phrase "If you are in doubt, this is the one! I was attracted by the phrase "If you are lost, this is the one! The red thread label is a cute type of label.
The aroma is not that strong, but the taste is rich. It has a mild sweetness like cotton candy or melon, which I quite like. There is almost no bitterness or sourness.
Since it is characterized by its sweetness, I think it tastes good at room temperature or slightly warmed. It might go well with white sauce or hot pot.
