Rich taste. Feels a little like a thickened weight. Very easy to drink and not too sweet, it is a noble sake. Is it my imagination that it tastes different from sake from the Tohoku region? Is this sake from the Kanto region? If anything, Chichibu Nishiki, I still felt it tasted similar to sake from the Kanto region.

It had a sweet, muscat-like aroma and a subtle, slightly fizzy texture that jiggled on the tongue. I was told that it was almost the same as Jyushiyo, but was this true? Asahi Taka is a delicious sake as Asahi Taka.

Mutsu Hachisen was given to me as a souvenir at work. Aromatic, prideful, and noble sake. A must at any Aomori-style izakaya.

We compared Izumo Fuji and Collage at the corner bar. Izumo Fuji is slightly sweet, but not too sweet, and you can drink it dry and refreshingly. The tartar sauce with pickled ginger was a great match and enhanced the taste of the sake. I often drink sweet sake from the Tohoku region, but I was able to learn something about the quality of sake from western Japan.

It is not too sweet, not too fragrant, and is a clear and refreshing sake. The unique aroma spreads in the mouth and is enjoyable. It is not too strong, so be careful as you can drink more and more of it. The jacket of this sake is also very cool. The jacket of Akita's sake is simple, yet it gives a sense of luxury.

On a trip to Akita, Takashimizu was the sake served at a sushi restaurant. It was very easy to drink, with a clear and smooth flavor that threw straight to the palate, as if to say, "The basis of Akita is Takashimizu. I think that beginners x Akita = Takashimizu.

I drank it because it had a high ranking at Sake-no-wa. At the time, I think it was ranked No. 1 in Nara Prefecture and No. 2 in Japan. With a moderate sparkling and sweet taste, I realized that it was a modern popular sake. It is easy to drink, so you may be late to notice that you are getting drunk. This sake is sure to be popular among women and young people.

It was recommended to me by a native of Aomori, so I drank it at an Aomori-style izakaya. It has a refreshing yet unique aroma. It is a great sake that I could drink as many glasses as I wanted. I think there are many people who prefer Toyobai to Tazake. I would like to drink this sake again.

I wanted to fish out some sake from the Tohoku region, so I bought this at a local sake store. This one had a fluffy aromatic quality that spread out of my mouth that I had never experienced before. I imagine sweetness and bitterness coexist, but I think there is a better description. I don't think there are many sakes that can produce this aroma, but I think it is a luxury sake that is sold in supermarkets and is relatively easy to purchase.

This sake is from the second oldest sake brewery in Japan, introduced to me by a local izakaya on a trip to Akita. The sake I purchased was Yamahai-brewed, which means it has a presence that appeals to me while retaining the miscellaneous flavors of sake. The sake had a slight sweetness that matched very well with salty foods.

Purchased on a trip to Iizaka Onsen. It is a clear sake inspired by the Surikami River that flows through the city. It is easy to drink like water and has no peculiarities, making it a sake I would recommend to beginners. Iizaka Onsen is fired up with Onsen Musume, and Mahiro Iizaka is producing a tourist attraction, but the locals are also very kind and made sightseeing enjoyable.

I got hooked on Akita sake on a trip to Akita, so after returning home I looked up Akita sake at a local liquor store and bought some. I found it to be the easiest sake I have ever had to drink, with just the right amount of fruity and lightness. The aroma was not too strong, which suited my taste. A sake that can be drunk without hesitation. The jacket is cool.

I was unable to purchase sake on my trip to Yamagata, so I bought some at a local sake store after returning home. It tastes like a muscat, which is what Yamagata is all about. It was the type of sake that is sweet and delicious, but not heavy, with a refreshing aftertaste. I would like to buy it again.
