Shigemasu吟のさと 純米大吟醸 生々
まつちよ
Shigemasu is the second most commonly seen Fukuoka sake in Tokyo after Uguisu in the garden.
The top aroma is sweet with a full-bodied flavor.
In the mouth, there is a gentle, full-bodied sweetness and umami.
The taste is gradually quenched by a slight astringency.
It has a beautiful flavor typical of daiginjo-style sake.
I looked up "Gin-no-satoru" for the first time, and found that it is a crossbreed of Yamada-Nishiki and Saikai 222 (one parent is Yamada-Nishiki), which is similar to Yamada-Nishiki in richness and sweetness.
I'd like to try the Yamadanishiki Daiginjo next 🍶.
It was delicious ✨
