No matsu 😆. Shuwa✨, dry. But a little sweet. Pleasant aroma of peach🍑 and melon🍈. The pork ginger from Tsunan, the owner's hometown, is also delicious 😋 The salad of eggplant and watercress was also a seasonal delicacy.

Sweet and refreshing ✨. A little bitterness when rolling on the tongue. Creamy, custard. Vanilla aroma, lactic acid, according to my wife. Sardine tempura mellows it out. ☺️ is also pleasantly spicy with a hint of wasabi on the nose👍.

Rich aroma ✨, mature taste. Thick taste. Whiskey-like 🥃, deep flavor. Moderate acidity. I paired it with fried kujo leeks and deep-fried tofu 😋.

Just checked in at 2000 😆 it's been about 5 years since I started, so an average of 400 per year. some dupes, but I drank a lot 😅.
I know it's just poor notes, but it's a great app to compensate for my declining memory 👍.

It is sweet and mildly sweet. It's also spicy when paired with kinpira lotus root, which makes for an interesting change 😆 It's also very versatile when paired with musuko marinated in sakekasu.

It's a bit sweet and spicy, a bit light but has a nice sharpness 😋. The pickled musuko with sakekasu was also well received 👍
