Light and easy to read for a matured wine 😋 Unfortunately, the aroma of porcini was not so strong 😅 I had it with salted roasted ginkgo nuts, eggplant and watercress salad 😋.

As you'd expect from a Hiyaoroshi, it's got a lot of flavor 😋 Clear but dense. The sweetness and moderate spiciness make it easy to match with meals. Matches well with the hamo conger eel and fried colorful vegetables👍I could feel the transition between summer and autumn😆.

The sake is very crisp, the alcohol is a little harsh on the palate, but the sweetness and umami come through as you sip it.

I was attracted by the label too 😅 from the back side it looks like a cool label with goldfish swimming 😆 It is quite crisp and dry. It is a refreshing summer sake that is crisp and refreshing. I paired it with fried hamo with summer vegetables.

It's not too hard, but it's not too hard 😆 The taste is clear and clean and not too harsh 👍 I had some tuna 🍣, grilled chicken grunt, firefly squid and sashimi with the sashimi 😋Good accompaniment, good sake, good shop.
