I was looking for a sweet and savory sake that I would like to drink from time to time, and I found it in Hanaboe's Mizutani O This is a sour sake made using the unique method of Yamahai✕ 水酛✕速醸, which gives it a unique sour taste. (I apologize for my poor expression) (I apologize for the poor expression.) It has a rich, thick, honey-like sweetness, a refreshing lactic acidity, and a honey-like floral and honey aroma that tickles the nose. When I poured it into a glass, I could tell from its golden hue how rich it was. The clerk at the liquor store told me it would go well with chocolate. I was told that it would go well with chocolate, so I tried it and it was perfect. It's the perfect bottle when you want to drink a noble rot wine or a dense noble wine! Rice polishing ratio: 70% (100% contracted rice grown in Nara Prefecture is used) Alcohol content: 17 degrees

When I came to a friend's house who likes sake with a high acidity I'm curious about the low alcohol content of Yamahai Junmai Origarami! I immediately had a glass, and it was a bottle with a strong flavor of acid and amino acids! Rice polishing ratio: 70% (100% Gohyakumangoku) Alcohol content: 9 degrees

Junmai 🌃 unfiltered raw ✨On a night like this... Thunderbird 🦤Shinshu Misan Nishiki🌾 It has a slightly grassy aroma. It's a bit grassy in aroma 🤔 and dry on the palate. The aftertaste is sweet and spicy. Melon Mutton is chasing after it. When combined with sushi gari, the taste becomes milder 😋The series also had deer🦌Sanjo🐟Sanshoyo fish😆. Junmai ✨Summer Only Gohyakumangoku from Aizu 🌾 The taste is light and crisp. A little dry afterwards. A little melon botanical aroma. Paired with tuna, nodoguro, kensaki squid, sea bream, and umeiro sashimi 😋. Buy at Jizakuya Kodama@Otsuka Drink at home 20210620 A new day. With cold sake, melon mist mist, gentle taste. It is sweet. I'd like to try it again. A little banana 🍌 warmed and cooled is also delicious. 20210703

This is one that I let sit in the fridge at work for about two months. For goodness sake, I brought it home with me. I'm not sure if this is the rumored 4mmp, but it's a scent I've never smelled before. I also feel like it's pretty artificial... The sweetness is weak and the sourness is strong. Almost no aftertaste. I feel a little insufficient.

Opened on September 12, 2021 Purchased at local sake shop Kodama Smells like fresh, young grass. And a bitter smell like beer! Really sweet at first❗️Flavor of lees too ^ ^. But eventually, the bitterness of the beer that I smelled in the aroma will slowly come out. This is a good sharpness^ ^ ^. Delicious❗️

I've always wanted to drink this Honkin. But I heard that this nigorizake is very different from the standard Honkin. It took about 10 minutes to open the bottle. Of course, it's still strong and sizzling when you take a sip. It's like a rice soda, but with a pineapple, apple, or grape flavor. I've heard that it has a distinctive acidity, but it's definitely intense. There is a strong flavor that goes on top of it. It's delicious. The aftertaste is quite bitter. However, it is a complex bitterness mixed with miscellaneous tastes, and it is worth drinking. Very satisfying. I'd like to try other Honkin, but I think I've raised the bar.

By the third day, it has a very mellow sweetness to it, almost like a dairy product.

"Believing in something is a responsibility. Even if the result of believing is not as you expected, it is your responsibility. "I don't recommend it as a liquor store. But if you're buying it for yourself, you might want to keep it at room temperature before drinking it, even though it's raw sake. Even if it fails, it is my responsibility to make the right choice, so don't worry. It's been one month since I stored it. The color is yellowish and reminds me of a strong taste. The aroma is fermented and ripe. In the mouth... the taste is juicy and complex, a true taste of rice! The initial specs are that it is a little dry, but as it ages, the sweetness is brought out and it is very Tsuchida-like. It has the flavor of a dense, rich, umami flavor that brings out so much of the rice flavor, and the flavor deepens more and more to the point that it cannot be described in a single word." This flavor!" The taste develops further from the point where the tongue catches it. On the other hand, if you put it in your mouth and drink it right away, you will be surprised at how easy it is to drink. This is too good to be true... I'm glad the drinker believes in the drinker... Next year, I'm going to try drinking it refrigerated. I wonder what it will taste like. PS...After another month of opening the bottle, a nice fermented aroma comes out. This one's good too!

Junmai Ginjo ✨Nakadarare Aizu Gohyakumangoku🌾 I had a hard time deciding between the 5 types of sake available at the sake shop Kodama 😅. It's sweet and delicious. It's a bit rougher than melon. It's also a bit spicy. Good 😋 leave it for a day and warm it up to banana🍌45 degrees and you get a yogurt feeling😳. Gentle. At 48 degrees, the flavor is a little stronger and the acidity is up ⤴️. Junmai-Namaishu Sake (Japanese style drink) ✨Organically grown Gohyakumangoku from Aizu 🌾 I bought this one at Jizakuya Kodama from a lineup of five different kinds of wind-blown sake. It's full of flavor😆. It is refreshing, but deep. It is like a melon candy when you taste it. It makes me salivate. It can be used with garlic as well. I heated it up to 45 degrees and the sweetness and umami increased. It also has a sour taste. More rice flavor. It's a great sake for a snack 😋. Purchased at Jizakuya Kodama @ Otsuka 20210304
