I have always been curious about this sake because I see it so often. It was recommended to me by a liquor store I visited for the first time. If you like fruity sake, this is a good choice! He said, "If you like fruity sake, this is the one for you! My husband and I were talking about how it was indeed fruity, but not quite to our taste...it had an extra taste, and then we saw the word "bitterness" on the back label. I see! I was convinced that it was bitterness. Sorry, I have no sense of taste...(laugh) But it is usually delicious. But I don't think I will repeat it.

Original from the sake market in Arima Onsen. They bottle it for you in the store, but you can't taste it. I bought some the year before last and it was delicious, so I bought some again at the end of last year. My husband said it was delicious, but I thought it was better the year before. Maybe my palate has become more discerning since I've been exposed to good sake since then?

It was so good that I wanted to drink it again, but I forgot to record it and couldn't figure out what it was! So last year I was going to Toba again, so I asked at a certain famous sake shop, and they told me that the design had changed, but it was probably this one, so I bought it.
