Just a slight twist of the lid and it was shrieking. The bubbles started to rise and I carefully opened the bottle. It smells a little like alcohol, but it's sweet anyway! Again, it's the kind that makes you go "squeak squeak". It's delicious, but I don't think it's worth repeating. Tonight's entrée consisted of meat and potatoes, eggplant with spicy sauce, scallop sashimi, and salted squid.

At a hot spring resort. Forgot the 📷💦. I see it here and there but this was my first taste. The first sip was "yeah, it's okay", but as the drink went on, it got better (lol) Yeah, I like this 😋. The price is reasonable, and this is good for everyday drinking. However, Kirin Lager ✖︎2 bottle -> Katsuura Roman -> Otters, so I'm not sure if it's the first drink.

My favorite Kamo Nishiki packaged sake: ❤️ Since they didn't have Dewa Sanzan, I asked the store owner to recommend it to me. Another jackpot 😆. I've had it since New Year's Day with a delicious, kupikupi🎵! We will definitely repeat this one! Today's entrée was raw tuna medium fatty tuna, scallop sashimi, and osechi (boiled and seasoned fish) 😋.

Purchased at first liquor store with a large selection. My husband chose this one based on the description on the pop up in the store. I was nervous because I couldn't taste it, but this was the jackpot ‼️ delicious 😋. Sweet, tasty, schwah~! Another one that makes me go queezy again. I want to repeat this 😍. The entrée was cold yellowtail sashimi.

There was my favorite Machida sake brewery ❗️ and my husband bought it (lol). It's sweet but a little sour? I thought it was, but it got sweeter as I drank it. The acidity goes away when exposed to air... or something? Just drunk? It's easy to drink and tastes good, but I prefer the light blue label I drank before: ❤️ The entrée was squid sashimi and mentaiko hanpen (cod roe).

It's been a long time since I bought it💦. I thought the taste had gone down, but when I opened the bottle, it was sizzling. Yeah, it looks okay. Exactly fruity. Sweet and sour, easy to drink. Tastes like sparkling wine. It is delicious! Tonight's entrée was scallop sashimi and dried squid. I think it could have been Western style.

Smells good the moment you open it! Fruity, sweet, sour and almost carbonated juice. Even my husband, who is not a drinker, was enjoying it. He finished it in no time at all (lol). Today's dish is Iragi Mirinboshi (dried fish with sweet soybean paste). Yum!

This is the second bottle recommended by the liquor store. For some reason, the moment I poured it, I felt "This is delicious! I felt "This is delicious! One sip and I hit the jackpot! Delicious! Just the way I like it! It's sweet, but refreshing and easy to drink. Again, I drank it all in one night. This is a definite repeat!

This is the second bottle I purchased after being recommended at a liquor store. At first sip, I thought it was a little thin and lackluster...but then I thought, "Huh? It's easy to drink? Or rather, it tastes good! I found myself sipping it with scallops and squid sashimi.... I drank it in one night💦. My husband liked the last Mimuro Cedar better, but I think I like this one better. I think I like this one better, but I don't think I'll repeat it.

My husband found a liquor store that had a great selection, so we went! I told the clerk my preference and one of the bottles he recommended. I have been to the Ojin Shrine many times, so I have often offered sake from this brewery, but I had never had a bottle before. As soon as I opened the bottle, it started bubbling and lees began to rise. It was not as sweet as I expected and was easy to drink. The salted fish from Hakodate and the pickled senmaizuke from Kyoto go well together.

I was worried that I couldn't taste it, but since I came all the way to Hokkaido, I decided to buy a local sake...and that's what I bought. When I opened the bottle, it had a nice aroma. Yes, it might be my favorite! Slightly sweet and easy to drink. It smells a little like alcohol. But it's the kind that goes down well. After dinner, I drank half of it with a side dish of salted sea urchin and squid that I bought in Hokkaido (lol).

This was tasted and purchased during a sake brewery tour in Nada. We drank them in the order of purchase, so it was too late. What a waste! It was an expensive sake for our family, but I'm glad we bought it. Delicious! But if you ask me if I would repeat it... I would say no, considering the price.

I went on a tour of sake breweries in Nada and purchased a bottle at the brewery store Jyudai Matashiro, which I had researched beforehand. I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff at the store. I told him what I liked and he let me try this one. It is a sweet sake, just like our family likes. It's easy to drink and you can't stop drinking it (lol). I was told that this series has different flavors for each of the four seasons. I would like to try it, but unfortunately the places where I can buy it are limited.

Sake recommended by a liquor store. If you like fruity sake, you must try this one! I bought three kinds of sake, and even the order of drinking was specified for the third bottle (lol). The first sip was sweet, then spicy? I felt a sweetness in the first sip, then a spiciness or sourness? It tastes good, but it is not to our taste. It is tasty, but not rich enough for our taste. But it's the kind of drink that makes you drink it. I drank it the next day and it tasted better the second day. But repeat x
