Revenge for the delicious crop I drank last time!
I bought it at my usual liquor store in Toba after consulting with the ah-ha staff.
Tangy, fruity, delicious! Not quite the same as that one I had the first time, but damn good too!
I wouldn't mind repeating this one.
I have always been curious about this sake because I see it so often.
It was recommended to me by a liquor store I visited for the first time.
If you like fruity sake, this is a good choice! He said, "If you like fruity sake, this is the one for you!
My husband and I were talking about how it was indeed fruity, but not quite to our taste...it had an extra taste, and then we saw the word "bitterness" on the back label. I see! I was convinced that it was bitterness. Sorry, I have no sense of taste...(laugh)
But it is usually delicious.
But I don't think I will repeat it.
I enjoyed it so much last time, I bought it again!
I knew Niigata sake was good!
When I went back to my hometown, I searched for it to buy it on my way home, but unfortunately they don't have a brewery tour.
If I find it, I'll definitely repeat the ministry.
Purchased on the recommendation of a liquor store.
Delicious! Jackpot!
Fruity and a little tingly.
I didn't know there was such a good sake in Maebashi!
I'd like to try the other ones too!
Repurchase
Original from the sake market in Arima Onsen.
They bottle it for you in the store, but you can't taste it.
I bought some the year before last and it was delicious, so I bought some again at the end of last year.
My husband said it was delicious, but I thought it was better the year before.
Maybe my palate has become more discerning since I've been exposed to good sake since then?
I was planning to buy it next time when someone at work recommended it to me.
I also happened to be recommended this by a guy at the liquor store.
It was good, but not a hit! It's good, but it's not a hit....
A little more sweetness? It should be more fruity.
The year before last, when I went to Toba
I bought my first bottle of saku when someone told me that it was the sake served at the summit.
It was so good that I wanted to drink it again, but I forgot to record it and couldn't figure out what it was!
So last year I was going to Toba again, so I asked at a certain famous sake shop, and they told me that the design had changed, but it was probably this one, so I bought it.
Yes, it's delicious, but it's a little different...
Is it different from last year? Or is it something else?
I don't know... (laughs)
#Junmai-Daiginjo #Unfiltered unpasteurized sake #Tanba-Kumi
Recommended by a sake shop.
A little tingly, slightly carbonated?
It is fragrant and a little sweet. We like it at home.
I got to taste a lot of them, but I didn't like any of them... But I bought it because it was bad. So I put off drinking it until later, and finally opened the bottle.
It was easier to drink than when I tasted it, probably because time had passed.
I drank it when I was young and it was delicious. I bought it as a souvenir because I went to Kusatsu Onsen.
But it tastes different from my memory. There were various kinds, so I guess it is not this one. It was not good for me now.
