I was worried that I couldn't taste it, but since I came all the way to Hokkaido, I decided to buy a local sake...and that's what I bought.
When I opened the bottle, it had a nice aroma. Yes, it might be my favorite!
Slightly sweet and easy to drink. It smells a little like alcohol. But it's the kind that goes down well.
After dinner, I drank half of it with a side dish of salted sea urchin and squid that I bought in Hokkaido (lol).
