There was my favorite Machida sake brewery ❗️ and my husband bought it (lol).
It's sweet but a little sour?
I thought it was, but it got sweeter as I drank it.
The acidity goes away when exposed to air... or something? Just drunk?
It's easy to drink and tastes good, but I prefer the light blue label I drank before: ❤️
The entrée was squid sashimi and mentaiko hanpen (cod roe).
