I bought it back in May or so and was trying to figure out when to drink it. Not that there's anything special about it today😅. It tastes elegant, I guess you could say it has a nice sharpness to it. Not too heavy, not too bitter, not too sweet, not too spicy. I have the impression that it's a beautiful sake. I'm enjoying drinking it while listening to the autumn insects chirping at night. I'm looking forward to drinking sake while listening to them 😊 Come autumn, come soon✨

Trays? What's that good for? It was the perfect reward for my hard work! I had it cold and it was so easy to drink! I am not good at describing the taste! I can't describe it as "bananas" or "nuts" or "fullness of rice" like everyone else at Sake-no-Wawa! But anyway, it was delicious and made me happy, so I'm glad I drank this sake today! For those of you who worked during the Obon vacations and those of you who enjoyed your vacations during the Obon vacations, I wish you a delicious sake Kanpai 🍶✨!

happy birthday to me I bought this at the Hankyu Brewery Festival and decided to drink it on my birthday! Second fermentation in the bottle. It is fleetingly sweet and the deliciousness flutters like a swallowtail butterfly 🦋. I want to spend the rest of my life fluttering around, getting along well with my age and with alcohol 😌.

Purchased at the Hankyu Department Store's Sake Brewer's Festival From the moment I tasted it, the sweet and sour taste of the apples I was so impressed by the sweet and sour taste of the apples. Maybe it's because it's been so hot lately that I've been drinking a lot of summer sake. I felt it was too strong. The good thing about NIIDASENSHU is that it tastes good no matter when you drink it. I got this as a souvenir, glad I did: ☺️ From room temperature to hot 🍶. Light, fruity and easy to drink! I'm so thankful that I live in the Kansai region because it's hard to find Kyushu sake in a cup and not in a cup. It's not easy to get a cup of sake from Kyushu when you live in the Kansai area, so I'm very grateful.

It's the Kyokusei I got as a gift. I'm glad I don't drink too much sake in a cup! Personally, I like to drink it hot! The strong and long-lasting aftertaste is typical of Omachi rice! It's hot during the day but still a little cold at night, so it was the right choice to heat it up. ☺️

It was so tangy in the mouth for a moment that I thought it was wine, but it was actually sake 😳. It was surprisingly easy to drink! I bought it for the first time and didn't think I would need a wine opener 💦. I rushed out to buy an opener✨ It was so good I opened half of it at once! This is the hard part of good sake 🫢.

I was at a party and I didn't have enough to drink. We had some Usamimi that we had chilled at home. It was a sweet and cute tasting sake! Even people who don't usually drink sake can easily enjoy this one.
