I bought it back in May or so and was trying to figure out when to drink it.
Not that there's anything special about it today๐

It tastes elegant, I guess you could say it has a nice sharpness to it.
Not too heavy, not too bitter, not too sweet, not too spicy.
I have the impression that it's a beautiful sake.
I'm enjoying drinking it while listening to the autumn insects chirping at night.
I'm looking forward to drinking sake while listening to them ๐ Come autumn, come soonโจ
