Delicious. Fruity with a strong acidity. It is a little spicy on the tongue. It's not very sake like, but I like it. A little sweeter would be nice.

Good. Good and clean. It has a good taste, but the aftertaste is clean. You can't stop drinking it. The bonito sashimi is also delicious. Salt is the best for tataki.
