This is a good sake to savor alone at the most affluent time before a holiday. It is mellow and gorgeous, but also has a very strong flavor. I enjoyed it very much. Princess Michiko's rose yeast🌹
It's a little cold, so I'm having it with oden with daikon, carrot, burdock and chicken.
I love the light foam and the richness💕I drink too much!
By the way, I bought a repeat set of 3 impressions (^^)
I wasn't expecting much, but it's pretty good. It's gorgeous, smells great, and is a little sweet, but the slight carbonation takes away from the sweetness.
We've just received the masterpieces of the eight Agricultural University Presence breweries made with the rose yeast Princess Michiko! Looking forward to drinking it. I'm excited. It's available now. Nanbu Bijin, Ichinokura, Horaiisen, Ishizuchi, Dewazakura, Yamba no Kaze, Seikagami, and Toyo Bijin. Toyo Bijin was delicious last year.
I tend to be attracted by the label. It's a nigorizake, but it's not too heavy, and the slight foaming taste enhances the taste. It is served with simmered bamboo shoots and pickled cucumbers.
I bought this sake because of the beautiful label, and it was the first time I encountered it. It's a refreshing junmai sake with a hint of sourness. It went well with the robe.
I'm a little addicted to Shichiken. Today it's unfiltered raw sake. I printed it directly on the bottle, but the mountains are good⛰Toast to the celebration of a friend's father's 90th birthday.
